Queremos destacar especialmente a Luis, quien nos atendió con mucha amabilidad, profesionalismo y siempre pendiente de cada detalle. Hizo que nuestra celebración fuera aún más especial. The food was fairly good, but crab claw was awful, partially thawed and soggy and chewy. Service was mediocre. Had to ask them to clear the plates replace forks and refill water. This should not be at Four Seasons. I did express my disappointment to the food and beverage director. Something to keep in mind about Plancha experience.
