  Even though I visited about a year ago, I randomly remembered how amazing this place was today. The service was warm and attentive, the views were absolutely beautiful, and the gourmet Cuban food was outstanding. I still remember the congrí—it was so creamy, almost like a risotto. Definitely a memorable dining experience! ⭐️

  The Father’s Day “Latin” brunch buffet at Plancha was an absolute scam and a complete insult to families. At $129 per person, the selection was shockingly poor, consisting only of a basic carving station, omelets, French toast, and dessert. Even a complimentary Hampton Inn breakfast blows this quality and quantity out of the water. To make matters worse, basic drinks like coffee weren't even included. Everyone who ate here on Father's Day deserves a full refund. We overheard guests talking how terrible this “Father’s Day Latin” buffet is. The new owners of Four Seasons Orlando has made dropped the hotel rating to a 3-star…very disappointing.

  We have been having brunch here for years! Everyone is always amazing. The food has never once disappointed anyone. From the hosting staff to the servers to the bartenders, we have never said that we were unhappy here! I always get their brined beef hash, which is made with these huge chunks, so you know it’s the real thing! We have been unable to go for a few months, but they’ve been consistent for years, and they have absolutely won our loyalty. It is just so hard to find anyplace that makes their own corned beef and doesn’t put it through a blender or straight up lie and use that dog food version from a can. Their chefs really know their stuff! Unlike me, my wife always likes to try new things out, and we make a game of testing things one menu item at a time while always having the safety net of my corned beef hash in case the other dish just didn’t do it for us (which is rare). Her all time favorite drink is an espresso martini, and they have made one for her from time to time, but she’s the sort who hates ordering something not on the menu. We both feel as though we are making their lives harder, which we know is not true but we still feel that way. Typically, we get the bottomless mimosas for her and the bottomless bloody Mary’s for me (modified to not be spicy) and they have never once disappointed us. We learned that they keep notes on their guests to better serve them on their subsequent visits, and this makes it SO much easier when there are certain restrictions on how my food and drink can be prepared. We don’t have to explain ourselves every single time. Keep up the fantastic work everyone! If you are still not convinced, at least give them a shot. I’ll be shocked if you are disappointed.

  Tuve una experiencia maravillosa durante nuestro brunch familiar. Celebrábamos un evento muy especial y todo estuvo perfecto: la comida deliciosa, el ambiente acogedor y la atención excepcional. Queremos destacar especialmente a Luis, quien nos atendió con mucha amabilidad, profesionalismo y siempre pendiente de cada detalle. Hizo que nuestra celebración fuera aún más especial. Sin duda, es un lugar que recomiendo para compartir momentos importantes en familia. ¡Volveremos!
