The Disney birds are everywhere! I'm fine with them but my wife is petrified of them. They just won't go away. Easy work around. Ear inside ! No birds

Just check it before you leave the counter, because my son got the same thing without the sauce and twice they put sauce on it. Wife had the buzzard wings and daughter the rice bowl. It was okay. Overall its Disney food.

It was located in a brown serving pitcher. I used the provided paper cups to fill this bottle. I took a sip and nearly choked. It tasted like raw chicken water! The bottle two days later sitting in my backpack and this is what it turned in to! Thank god I didn’t drink it! Also how dare the nasty bad attitude employees treat customers the way they did! Ignoring people, giving snotty responses. Ugh so disappointing! Health department needs to come in and inspect this place asap

Now our guac, water bottle, and tray are covered in the queso we ordered to eat. The employee saw this, made a bit of a face, and proceeded to “serve” us the tray. Why not wipe the queso off? Why not give us a new queso cup that wasn’t dipped in by two different other objects? What kind of Disney magic is this? Why isn’t there a cast member complaint option in the Disney app? Plus, the fries were served cold on all orders. Buns were soggy for all our burgers. Does anyone order hot food but secretly want cold fries? Absurd experience. Update: The cast member was working pickup counter 1 at 6:20pm on September 10th 2026.
