- CCChecked In With ChrisAug 19, 20265.0I’ve eaten at many of Disney’s signature restaurants over the years, including some of the best dining experiences Disneyland has to offer, but Monsieur Paul stands in a class of its own. I chose the chef’s tasting menu, which was a step above the standard prix fixe experience. I was even offered an additional caviar course, but I politely declined after realizing I was already committing myself to nine courses and a wine pairing. At some point, even ambition has its limits. Every course was exceptional. The food was beautifully prepared, thoughtfully presented, and absolutely delicious from beginning to end. Combined with the wine pairing, it became one of the most memorable meals I’ve ever had at a Disney property. The service was equally impressive. My server, Clément, was outstanding, and one of the managers, Jean-Luc, helped elevate the entire evening. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and hospitality transformed dinner into a true dining experience rather than simply another restaurant reservation. This isn’t an inexpensive meal, and I wouldn’t recommend it to someone looking for a quick bite between attractions. But if you’re celebrating a special occasion, if you enjoy fine dining, or if you’re simply willing to spend the money for a once-in-a-lifetime experience, I can’t recommend Monsieur Paul highly enough.
