- MJMojo Jo jo3 days ago1.0Had a crepe and got food poisoning. A few days later I called Disney. They don’t care and said the restaurant is an outside vendor.
- KMKeren Mora6 days ago5.0Excellent ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a wonderful experience at this restaurant in EPCOT! The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully prepared, and everything we ordered exceeded our expectations. What truly made our experience special was the outstanding service from Pierrot. He was incredibly attentive, professional, friendly, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our entire meal. His excellent service added a special touch to an already great dining experience. Great food, wonderful atmosphere, and exceptional service. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended — and a special thank you to Pierrot for making our visit so memorable!

- DVD VargasJul 28, 20261.0It was simply a lack of professionalism on the waitress's part. When we arrived and the host was assigning us a table, he mentioned there were only 15 minutes left until closing; we asked if we could still order, and she (Brianna) said yes. Ten minutes later, we asked if they were still serving us, and she replied, "Well, yes, but *I'm* not..." so they closed the doors and no one served us. Just then, the manager, Dianna, came out; we explained the situation, and she very kindly apologized. She tried to offer us something to go, but we explained that our goal was simply to have the experience and spend time together as a family; we were already put off by the situation, and we weren't looking for free food. My conclusion is this: if you, as a waitress, need to leave and have a bad attitude, don't undermine the work of the rest of the team. For others, working there is a privilege or a great opportunity, and they try to do their best. Teamwork is key.
