The service was incredibly slow, and the people serving the ice cream in the back seemed very unmotivated. By the time I got my husband's ice cream, mine was hot and melted. Yulia gave me an extra scoop to make up for it. I hope this feedback helps with future service experiences for other customers.

I was able to have everything as normal and they switched the normal brownie to a gluten free brownie and it was AMAZING! Staff super knowledgeable of gluten free, a manager came over to take my order and took me through the allergen menu, and then made the order themselves and brought it out to me. 10/10!
