  ​DOCUMENTED HARASSMENT INCIDENT & SIGNIFICANT SERVICE FAILURE - CASE ID: INT52414539 ​Our 14-day holiday from Scotland was ruined by a catastrophic failure in guest service at this location on April 11th. After a 90-minute technical delay on attractions, we visited the Fruit Market where a Cast Member named Diane became publicly hostile and aggressive. She left her post to follow me to the cashier, loudly shaming me in front of a crowd of other guests over a simple query about a side item. ​As an international guest traveling with a 78-year-old and a child with specific dietary needs, this public humiliation was unacceptable. We immediately reported this to Guest Relations at the front of the park, but no name was taken and no report was filed until I followed up via email. ​Due to the distress caused by this "Diane" and the feeling of being unwelcome, my family was forced to abandon the final 5 days of our 14-day tickets. We have reached out to Executive Guest Communications (Case INT52414539), but they have ceased responding to our emails after an initial automated reply. ​We are seeking a pro-rata refund for the five unused days that Disney’s own staff made it impossible for us to enjoy. Beware the "Hospitality Reset"—if things go wrong, they will ignore you once you fly home. "UPDATE: Case escalated to the Office of the President as local management refused to refund 5 days of unused tickets following staff harassment incident."

  Love the spiced corn on the cob! Best snack in the park! And the cast members at this location are so friendly!
