  My daughter had eaten breakfast at Garden Grill Restaurant during a previous visit, so she wanted to try the lunch menu this time. We arrived for our dining time, but they were running a little behind, so we waited about 15 minutes. Our waiter was courteous and explained how the meal worked. Once the food arrived, it definitely did not disappoint! We started with cornbread and honey butter, which was good if you’re a cornbread lover. The salad was fresh and tasty with a light dressing. The steak was the star of the show, but the turkey was not far behind! The steak was so tender that we didn’t even need a knife to cut it, and the turkey was moist. We both loved everything, and the vegetables were really good, too. We could have had more of any of the food items, but we wanted to save room for the strawberry shortcake, which was yummy as well. All the characters were friendly and took plenty of time to interact with guests, which made the experience even better. While it is pricey, the atmosphere, the food, and slowly revolving around Living with the Land make it worth it. I would definitely go back!

  This is a tough one to review… we always come to Garden Grill first the character breakfast, delicious…however this time they only had lunch/dinner reservations available. We went for lunch… the food was terrible!!! Bland, basic, boring food. Only 1 dessert choice, strawberry sponge cake. Drowned in strawberry sauce. Will only be back for breakfast!! Characters were the highlight!

  EPCOT’s rotating character meal above Living with the Land. Chip, Dale, farmer Mickey, and usually Pluto work the room while the restaurant slowly turns past the greenhouse scenes. You barely feel the spin. Kids get time with the characters; adults get a calmer meal than most character buffets. Food is family-style, all-you-care-to-enjoy American harvest: steak, turkey or chicken, sides, cornbread, and produce tied to The Land. Solid park food, not fine dining. Breakfast is the value play (about $49 adult / $33 child). Lunch and dinner run about $62 / $42 before tax and tip. One table-service dining-plan credit. Book 60 days out. You need EPCOT admission. Pair it with Living with the Land and Soarin’ in the same pavilion. Outer-ring tables have the better ride view. Skip it if you want World Showcase cuisine or a fast counter meal. Do it if you want Mickey without the chaos of a giant character hall

  No trip to Walt Disney World is complete without having at least one meal at The Garden Grill AKA Chip and Dale's Harvest Feast. Located above the Living with the Land ride, this has become my absolute favorite restaurant at WDW on every single vacation. Mickey, Pluto, Chip, and Dale all visit every single table, sometimes more than once! They will even surprise you when you least expect it. The restaurant does move; however, it is very slow, and you will get used to it almost instantly. The food, served family style, remains some of the best I'll ever eat anywhere. The staff/cast members are some of the most helpful and genuinely kind people in the entire theme park. I could go on and on about how much I love this restaurant! Keep in mind I've been fortunate enough to have eaten here on multiple occasions, and I have never left disappointed.

  I recently dined at Garden Grill and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. They offer a fixed menu but the food was not enjoyable at all. The dishes were poorly seasoned and in my opinion, the overall quality of the food did not meet expectations. The one bright spot was our server, who was absolutely amazing. He was attentive, friendly, and did everything he could to make the experience better. What was most disappointing was how the situation was handled by management. I was still charged $62 for a meal that I was unable to eat. The only option offered to me was a food voucher, which did not feel like an appropriate resolution given the circumstances. Management also stated that we had “paid for the experience with the characters.” However, each character spent less than one minute at our table. While the character interactions were nice I don’t feel that spending such a short amount of time with each character justifies being charged for a meal that I could not eat. I understand that not every meal will be perfect, but I expected better food quality and more importantly, better customer service from management when I raised my concerns. Unfortunately, based on this experience i would not return or recommend to anyone.
