  Oh my goodness. Never again. My mother and I stayed at the Pop Centuty resort recently. We ate mostly in the parks, except for one night, when we decided to get quick service here. Mistake. Walk in, BOOM. Screaming children rolling on the floor. Okay, I get it. It’s late, they’re tired and hungry. I move along. We order two sandwiches. A burger and a chicken sandwich each with fries. Mine comes out in around 3 minutes. My mother’s took 15. When the sandwich was put in the to-go box, this younger girl looked at my mother like she had two heads when she asked where her fries were. Regardless, she put some in there. We went to check out. Every single cashier looks like there is no life behind their eyes. Don’t say hello, how are yous, nothing. I get that you are working a minimum wage job that you probably hate, but please look like you want to live. Our cashier had to manually type EVERY SINGLE ITEM IN. Disney, please. There is a much much better way to do this. I work at an ice cream shop. We have a Square system that works beautifully. I check people out in under 3 minutes. You are a multi million dollar company. Figure it out. It took us 10 minutes to be checked out. There was also no ketchup 🫶 and our fries were stale and old 🫶

  The food was fine. Nothing super but definitely good enough. The service however, was great! The people helping with food services were kind and patient. The real gem was Madelyn from New York in the gift shop! She was so personable and friendly! She alone would be a reason to visit again!

  We've been here for 1 week now and I'm yet to have a warm meal from this place, despite eating here several times. The menu opinions are extremely limited and slow to prepare, despite being pre-cooked. There are exceptionally long queues to order your meal and then even longer and more confusing queues to actually pay for it. The staff, although friendly appear completely clueless about the till system, which is further complicated if you are on a Disney dining plan. Overall the food is basically school canteen level but the service is severely understaffed and undertrained. Easily the worse part of staying at Pop Century.
