- BSBrittany ScrogginsOct 15, 20261.0After an incredibly long day at the park, from start to finish, my entire family was showered and in bed and waiting for the dad of the family to bring back our dinner, my husband took a shower and got his pj's because he likes to be clean before he eats and then we finally settled into our food and the $12.00 Caesar salad I bought came with absolutely zero dressing on it. I offered to go back but my husband decided to get dressed and go do it for me because he knew how angry I was about this, so you're going to hear from me one way or another, this is completely unacceptable. The price to stay in this hotel... And you guys don't even have your phone number posted anywhere it's just the number to freaking Walt Disney world, because yes of course I tried calling first and it's impossible to reach you guys. My husband is running back to get dressing but that's really unacceptable he was already in pajamas and in bed, it is your job to make sure everything is ready for an online order, it's not our job, that's not our job, we are exhausted we are tired we paid you for this service. It's your responsibility in every way. You do this all day every day, we don't. You should have delivered a new salad or dressing to our door for us but at the very least refund that item in the order. And now by the time my husband returns, his dinner is cold. Lovely guys!! Great job!!
