  Yesterday, I visited this place with my family, and I initially had a wonderful experience. I asked about the Evil Caramel Apple and was told that it was sold out. Even though they didn’t have the apple I wanted, the person who helped me and my family was incredibly kind and made the experience very pleasant. After leaving the store with the apples I purchased, I noticed through the store window that the Evil Caramel Apples were actually displayed inside. I decided to go back in and politely asked another employee if I could exchange the chocolate apple I had purchased for the caramel apple. Unfortunately, her response was extremely rude and dismissive. At first, she didn’t clearly tell me yes or no. I looked at her and, still smiling and being polite, asked again if it was possible. She rudely told me, “Go over there,” almost shouting at me. I explained that there were no apples in that area when I originally made my purchase, but that I could see several of the caramel apples through the window, behind where she was standing. She then looked at me with a very unpleasant expression and rolled her eyes. At that point, my uncle noticed how she was treating me and asked her, in a firmer tone, if there was a problem. Suddenly, the manager came out, and the employee’s attitude completely changed. She immediately started smiling, went inside, brought out the caramel apple, and said, “Here you go. Have a wonderful afternoon.” The sudden change in her attitude when the manager appeared was very noticeable. It was honestly upsetting to be treated that way as a customer, especially when I was being polite and simply asking a question. My uncle encouraged me to speak with the manager, but I decided not to let the experience ruin my day. Still, I feel it is important to share this because no customer should be made to feel uncomfortable or disrespected when asking for assistance. I truly hope management addresses this kind of behavior, because the first employee who helped my family was wonderful and gave us a completely different experience. It’s unfortunate that one employee’s attitude can leave such a negative impression.
