- JLJojo LAug 22, 20264.0We ordered in advance on the app seeing how busy this restaurant gets. When we arrived, there were barely any tables available for our family of 7. Luckily, we managed to snag two tables. After we sat down, we had to wait a few extra minutes before our order was ready even though we came at the time it said it would be ready by. When we got our food, we realized they had made a mistake and had given us a chicken tender combo instead of a burger. We had gone back up to them to show them and they let us keep the tenders before remaking the corrected order for us which was quite nice of them. Majority of my family had ordered the truffle burger and it was a good meal considering it to be park food. The burger came with a juicy patty, beef brisket, caramelized onions, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. The burger was a big portion and they were generous with the fries as well. The fries were crispy and well-seasoned. Overall, the food wasn’t bad here. I would recommend pre-ordering and having a member from your party scout for tables as it can get extremely busy at peak times.

Prices are not so high and they are very generous with their portions. Staff are always super friendly and helpful. Plenty of water filling stations. Restrooms are clean.

I got buffalo chicken tenders and they were divine I will not lie but two of the employees (I wish I knew their names) made my experience terrible. They were completely rude and had no regard for our needs. They flat out lied and were being insanely disrespectful. I wish I knew their names so bad so they can get punished for what they did 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ and I promise I will never be back in that place again. I’m so disappointed 😓

Burgers are very good and the service is fast and in the summer the a/c is a plus... Ray's performance is nice and the kids loved it... I will definitely be back with my family... well done Disney!
