Food was good. Service was good. No strollers inside restaurant. Couldn’t accommodate premade reservations seating for our 12 person party due to lack of staff per manager. Fish take empty. One small shark. Nothing special. Zero kid friendly interaction. $100 give or take per person. Child’s food option was subpar.

We had a great experience overall. We were seated right at the aquarium window, which made the visit feel special and really elevated the atmosphere.
The service was friendly and attentive, though a little slow at times. The food was tasty, but portions were very small for two of the three dishes we ordered. Despite that, everything we tried was enjoyable.
Overall, it was a fun and worthwhile outing. I’d recommend this spot for the ambiance and quality of the food—just be prepared to order a little extra if you’re hungry.

Terrible experience. Was having a ruff end to my day from pain and things not going great from the other parks. And wanted to go look around just a tiiiny bit more since this was my last day in disney/ florida.
So I sent my family to go without me and I would meet them there soon. But when my family got there, they were told they couldn't seat us with out everyone in the party, even tho theres no reason for it. And I only had like 10 mins to make it back or they would cancle our dinner and charge us. And we couldn't change the time cuz it was the final time for the dinner.
So I had to rush over, and i have veerry bad ankles, so it hurt sooooo much rushing there.
And when I show up, im greated with the most unfriendly additude from the staff, the hostess who sat us was suuuper unfriendly and our waiter was also not very friendly, kinda just come and go.
And I have autism, so I get pretty emotional some times, so that this experience just broke me and spent the entire time crying and had to leave and have my family take the food to go, didnt even get to try my food cuz I sat a lot of time either crying in the bath room or the waiting area, and eventually left to just sit outside and get some air, cuz I just didnt want to be there anymore. And then we got back to the hotel so late, that the food was garbage by the time we got back.
We spent sooo much at these parks, we shouldnt be treated so poorly and being forced to rush there or be forced to be canceled and charged if just 1 person is missing from a party.

I came to Disney to celebrate my 21st birthday. I go to school out of state and did not have time to get my license renewed (my birthday was two weeks ago). The waitress said she would not serve me because my license was expired and then reported to me to her manager when I took a SIP of my mom’s cocktail. The manager then told my mom he would take her drink if I took another sip and chastised me for taking a sip of it. I have had several drinks at other dinners this week and it has never been a problem. I also have never been spoken to so rudely by a Disney crew member.

The next night we were able to experience the aquarium from another angle at the Coral Reef Restaurant. After a long wait because our entire party wasn’t there at the designated reservation time we were ready to be seated but one of us was in the bathroom, so we couldn’t be seated until she got out. The policy is that a party can’t be seated until the entire party is present, but our party was there, just in the bathroom after the long wait. The policy is understandable since some people say someone is “in the bathroom” but it turns out he’s “in the bathroom on the other side of the park” but they held the table for us so it didn’t really free up any space to wait in the entryway until everyone was out of the bathroom. It was annoying, but they made up for all that by putting us in the best seats in the house: a huge double table down in the front with giant windows to the aquarium stretching for 150 degrees. It was possibly the best ambiance you could ask for at a restaurant. Then, they brought out this amazing coconut-pineapple bread after we ordered and everyone gobbled it up. I ordered the reasonably priced Grilled Snapper with Coconut-Lime Rice, Mango Salsa, Avocado, Toasted Coconut, Chili-Lime Seasoning. It was delicious though I did have to add some salt to maximize the flavor (I’m addicted). One of my kids had to order an adult meal in the dining plan (because he was 10 years old or over) so he got the ambitious Surf and Terf meal with a phenomenal filet mignon and shrimp (they kind of cheated on the “surf” part but it was still good). The peppers that came with that dish were very tasty and the Key Lime Chimichurri was amazing. After all that deliciousness, they came with the deserts: Pineapple-Coconut Bread Pudding, which might have been the most delectable flavor I’ve ever experienced, and the Key Lime Tart, Chantilly, Raspberries. The kids’ desert was phenomenal too with a chocolate-covered coconut ice cream. It was the best meal of the trip and one of the top 30 meals of my life—an extraordinary experience.
