I used to LOVE this place! 😓 Prices have gone up... Portion sizes and sevrvice have gone down significantly... Suck man. Was one of my GO-TO places. I'd drive to Disney springs just for this once upon a time. Oh well Edit: this time I noticed ALL the sauces are different. The garlic Parm is different. The honey mustard is different. All lower quality. I used to be unable to decide which sauce to choose next for dipping ... This time I was trying to decide which was the less of all evils. Won't be back

Southern Smokehouse Crunch Best chicken sandwich concoction I've ever experienced! It was my first time here and I ordered this sandwich because I'm a big pimento cheese fan. It was truly incredible how everything tasted together despite so many flavors. Between the BBQ sauce, pickles, pimento, bacon, and chicken, there was always a certain flavor you could focus on to enjoy every bites. The fries were SEASONED! Not just salt. They had excellent flavor, were crispy, and complimented the sandwich flavors great. Great value, especially for Disney Springs, @ $15 for the combo meal 10/10 will definitely be back

Great chicken with a large variety of sauces. The chicken sandwich special was delicious. Tenders are very large, you definitely get your money's worth. Make sure to try a milkshake, they are absolutely the best! Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Chicken Guy! at Disney Springs was absolutely incredible! The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor, and the service made the entire experience even better. A huge shoutout to Sky, the manager, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s clear they genuinely care about both the customers and their team, and that level of hospitality really stands out. Madeleine, our cashier, was also absolutely amazing! She was so friendly, welcoming, and had such a positive attitude from the moment we walked up. She made the ordering process easy and enjoyable, and her kindness truly made our experience so much better. Outstanding customer service like this is hard to find, and it’s the kind of experience that keeps people coming back. If you’re visiting Disney Springs, Chicken Guy! is definitely worth the stop not just for the delicious food, but for the incredible team. Visited around 7:30pm on a Wednesday. Very disappointed in my experience here. The line wasn't long, which was nice, though the cashier seemed overworked and a little frustrated. There were only a couple tables open and the one we sat at was dirty, not a huge deal. The food came out quickly, so quickly that I knew it had been cooked earlier. I got the southern style chicken tenders and fries. The fries were so stale they were inedible. The tenders were ok. Definitely not as amazing as I would have hoped for from a chicken restaurant. The donkey sauce was good. Overall, pretty disappointing. I probably would not come back here.
