  Where to start , Ivette Keith max where at the front desk and absolutely had no idea on how to properly deal with reservations. To begin with they had no idea on what they were talking about when it came to reservations because they first tried to charge us 300$ for an extra guest then when the manager came he said it was only 35$ per person. On top of that they were very rude and not willing to help a mother with her two infants. They said a 6 yr will be given a card for access to a room. Absolutely and disgustingly rude. Never stay here , there is so many other hotels that have better service and know how to properly treat guest that here that have spend over 13K$. Disney should be very disappointed on who they hire for employees. Never in my life have I witnessed or experienced such bad customer service. First and last time staying at this awful hotel.

  Breakfast buffet is a must! Everything was great! Terrific atmosphere and fun for all ages. Worth the buffet price, even though the buffet can get really busy at times, its totally worth it!

  Third time in this Disney Cafe and great time as we celebrate a friend's birthday. Brunch is pretty good with choices and freshness. Our server was really nice and helpful and we had a blast taking photos with Disney characters. I recommend this place if you like the Disney magic as much as we do. !!

  The food at the bar was good. But what made this five star was our waiter which I am so sorry I can't remember his name and the chef stephane. My wife as a medical condition that new and she can't have seed oils he came out and sat with her. Then went and made her a meal to die for. It was a 5 star restaurant meal. We've eaten here before and always loved it, but this visit topped the cake. Thank you for making it the best meal of our trip. You'll know when you get the waiter. When he says he'll be back in 30 seconds, he'll be back in 20 seconds and he jokes because it's due to his Skechers. 2 great guys!

  When with the grandkids to a character breakfast, the food was good good variety for adults and children. The characters interacted with the kids, and handlers made sure that all the kids interacted with every character that was available. Check in for reservation fifteen minutes prior and then receive a text. When your table is ready.
