  My wife and I were in Orlando for a family vacation. We had childcare and decided to go out for a date night. Capa was perfect! Location was excellent. Sitting a top of the Four Seasons with an excellent overview with Epcot in sight. Food elwas delicous. Mushroom pallela was so flavorful and memorable. Andre served us and showed us a great time. Everything you expect from a Michelin sxperience. Excellent food and ambience with top tier hospitality.

  We had the most lovely dinner at Capa last night. The food, cocktails and ambience were wonderful. It’s located in the beautiful Four Seasons. But the highlight of the night was the service. Every single person was friendly, gracious, helpful. We were seated by hostess Sydney. Our servers were Kayla and Sebastian. I cannot say enough about these two. We told them repeatedly how amazing they were; they made the occasion memorable. We’ll be back when we’re visiting Orlando. And we’ll be requesting these two!!

  My first michelin star restaurant, and it did not disappoint. I've been to many high rating restaurants, and even a 5 diamond, but you can tell the difference with the michelin star restaurant. The provided valet parking was great, and the location is like no other. You are on the top floor of the four seasons orlando resort, and everything feels bespoke. The appetizers we got were foie gras, and Jamon iberico. They were both fantastic with great presentation. I got the A5 miyazaki wagyu, and it was a life changing steak. They served it on a Himalayan salt block, cut thin. I would suggest only getting 5-8 ounces, as it is very rich and any more would feel like too much. For sides the patatas are to die for, and if you love corn the maiz is also fantastic, with the polenta and goat cheese in it. Finally I finished the meal with the coulant de chocolate, which is definitely one of the best desserts I've ever had. If you love chocolate you must get this, and the in house banana ice cream is delightful. The churros are good but nothing special. Finally, the service was exceptional. The waitress made sure our meal was special, even timing the entrees to come out after the disney fireworks show ended. Truly deserving of the michelin star and the 5 stars i have given them.

  Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Absolutely exceptional experience here for my boyfriend’s birthday. Josh and Kayla went above and beyond to give us the full razzle dazzle. Josh was so knowledgeable about the menu and made sure to time our entrees just right so we could watch the fireworks and come back to a hot meal. The food was INCREDIBLE and there was at least one vegan option for an appetizer, entree, dessert, and side. They brought little palate teasers in between courses and offered us champagne to toast to the special occasion. They even overheard my boyfriend talking about how much he loves banana desserts, and surprised him with banana ice cream with “Happy Birthday” written on the plate! Every bite was magic and I will be dreaming about that food until I go back. Josh and the rest of the service team truly made our night so special. Highly recommend!

  We went to Capa in Orlando to celebrate my birthday, and it was an amazing experience! We tried several dishes, and my favorites were the patatas bravas, the bone marrow, and especially the pork belly. The patatas bravas were perfectly crispy with just the right amount of spice, the bone marrow was incredibly flavorful, and the pork belly was crispy and delicious, served with a sweet jam that paired beautifully with it. We also enjoyed the pan con tomate with Manchego cheese and finished with a Basque cheesecake with chocolate sauce. The cheesecake was excellent, not overly sweet, with delicious high-quality chocolate. The service was excellent, as I expected. Our servers took the time to explain each dish, including all the ingredients and what was in each preparation. As someone who loves to cook, I really appreciated that! Overall, a wonderful birthday dinner and a very special experience. Definitely 5 stars!
