What an absolutely amazing experience at Beaches & Cream! We went to celebrate our grandson’s very first birthday, and it couldn’t have been more fun or memorable. We ordered the Everything and the Kitchen Sink along with some delicious sides, and everything was fantastic!
But what truly made our experience so special was our server, Brian. He was absolutely incredible from start to finish. He went above and beyond to make sure our grandson had an amazing time and helped make his first birthday celebration so much more special. His kindness, energy, and attention to detail made such a difference.
The food, atmosphere, and experience were all wonderful, but Brian truly made the visit unforgettable. We had so much fun and would absolutely recommend Beaches & Cream to anyone looking for a fun and memorable dining experience.
Five stars all the way! Thank you, Brian, for helping us make our grandson’s first birthday so special! 🎂💙✨

Beaches & Cream Soda Shop at Disney’s Beach Club Resort is such a fun place! It has that classic old-school soda shop atmosphere and is a great spot to get away from the parks for a relaxing meal.
The burger and tater tots were great, but the real stars here are the desserts. The ice cream sundaes are absolutely huge! We had a chocolate sundae loaded with peanut butter and another with strawberries, whipped cream, almonds, and a cherry on top. Definitely come hungry and save plenty of room for dessert!
Great food, fun atmosphere, and some seriously impressive ice cream. Beaches & Cream has that classic Disney charm and is absolutely worth a visit. 🍔🍨🍓🍒
We were 5 mins early, but were quickly shown to our table. Our server was friendly and our ice creams and drinks were great. The only negative is that it is very noisy.

Best ice cream (ok, it's really gelato) in Florida. Friendly staff, awesome flavors.
I have two constructive criticisms. They need to scoop their gelato with actual scoops, not the spades they have. The employee struggled to scoop the gelato and get it into the dishes & cones. So they need actual ice cream scoops, and they need to not store them IN the gelato. A cold spade in too cold gelato, makes it impossible to scoop well and in a presentable manner. The gelato was honestly too cold, and it stuck to the spade, and just overall it was a very clumsy process for the employee to scoop. Second piece of feedback, the gelato should be a little less cold. But what an awesome place, and the ONLY place I've had really good ice cream in Florida. Definitely will come back.

I was so excited to see a vegan dessert option at Beaches & Cream, and the non-dairy ice cream absolutely delivered—it was creamy, delicious, and honestly one of the better dairy-free ice creams I’ve had.
Then came the “dipping fries” (cookies).
I don’t know who approved these, but I’d love to know what happened in that meeting. They weren’t just dry—they had the texture of edible cardboard with a hint of…earth? Dense, flavorless, and somehow managed to remove moisture from my mouth with every bite. My family actually had to spit them out, which has never happened with a cookie before.
Disney is famous for incredible food and some of the best allergy-friendly dining anywhere. That’s what made this so surprising. With Disney’s resources, it’s hard to believe these are the cookies that made the final cut. Publix sells vegan cookies that are miles better, so I know it’s possible.
Please keep the amazing non-dairy ice cream—but pair it with a vegan cookie that’s actually worthy of being dipped in it. Right now, the ice cream deserves five stars, and the cookies deserve to be sent back to Imagineering for a complete redesign.
