An absolute do not go. First time in Disney. They couldn’t force you out fast enough. Their whole menu is built off of French onion soup, which is mediocre at best. Untrained wait staff - you will get your entree as you’re taking your second bite of the soup. Literally rushing you out the door while saying “no rush on the check”. The whole thing was just not good and a huge loss of $650 for a party of 7.

Super expensive and not able to interact with any character. Absolutely a no go despite good service by the personnel

Oh honey, Be Our Guest? More like Be Our Bougie Guest. Lumière and Mrs. Potts welcome you into the Beast’s grand ballroom like, “Bonjour, bébé, come inside and spend ze money!” And naturally I said, oui oui, take my credit card before I regain consciousness. For $72, you get ze fancy French prix-fixe situation: appetizer, entrée, dessert, and soft drink. Très chic. Très Disney. Très there goes seventy-two dollars. We started with ze escargot and tuna tartare. Honey, the escargot? So divine those little snails were practically doing the can-can in my mouth. Oui! Oui! Faster, Gaston! And the tuna tartare was so fresh, Ariel would look at it and go, “Mon Dieu… cousin?!” Then came ze entrées. The short rib bourguignon was so tender it didn’t melt in my mouth—it surrendered. No chewing required, darling. My teeth basically had the evening off. And the swordfish? Sebastian would take one bite, throw up his little claws and scream, “Under ze sea? NON! Put me on ze plate!” And dessert, bébé… crème brûlée, because apparently France has decided pudding needs a passport and a blowtorch. Crack that caramel top and suddenly you’re Catherine Deneuve. And of course, this is the Beast’s castle, so there must be ze rose. Very romantic. Very mysterious. Very don’t touch it unless you want household furniture screaming at you. Then—SURPRISE!—the Beast himself makes an appearance to welcome everyone to his castle. Huge, hairy, dramatic entrance… frankly, I’ve dated worse. As Julia Child would say, “Bon appétit!” And as Karen Walker would say: “Honey, I don’t speak French, but I am fluent in expensive.” 🇫🇷🥂🥀

My Review of By Our Guest We had a reservation for 8:00 PM and were pleasantly surprised to be seated about 20 minutes early. The restaurant itself is beautiful and has a very nice atmosphere. Upon being seated, our server explained the menu and took our order promptly, which was a good start to the evening. Unfortunately, the service became increasingly disappointing after that. We were told that bread would be brought to the table, but it took approximately 10 minutes to arrive. The children were also left without water or soda for quite some time, and our server was difficult to locate. When our appetizers arrived, I had to ask another staff member for water for the entire table and drinks for the children. Unfortunately, even after making the request, the drinks were not brought until our server eventually returned. As for the food, it was simply average and did not meet our expectations. I ordered the pork chop, which unfortunately lacked flavor. My son's steak was heavily seasoned and had far too much pepper, to the point that he was unable to eat it and left the entire steak. The highlight of the evening was definitely the dessert. The desserts were delicious and were easily the best part of our meal. Regarding the price, I have no issue with what we paid because I was fully aware of the cost beforehand. However, based on the quality of the food and the level of service we received, I do not feel that the overall experience justified the price. We also saw The Beast come out twice, but each appearance lasted approximately two minutes, and it did not stop at any of the tables. From our table, it was only something we could observe from a distance, so it did not really add much to the experience. Overall, while the restaurant is beautiful and the desserts were excellent, the food and service did not meet the standard I would expect at this price point. Would I return? Unfortunately, no. One additional thing to be aware of: gratuity is included in the bill.

Definitely one of my favorites. If you can go early after you're seated and give your order walk around the other rooms and get some pictures. It has a small set.Three course menu and you get to pick from each section. But all the options are very good and very tasty. The meal is filling so plan accordingly. The swordfish is seasoned heavily, so ask for light seasoning, or you may have to scrape some off. They are good at cooking the filet correctly. The steak frites is also very good. Portion sizes are worth it too. Althiugh it is a set price, with soft drinks, a starter (soup or salad), your entree and dessert, the price is close to what you would pay elsewhere. Dessert was very good. We went for lunch and wgile the beast came out for a walk around, he did not stop at any tables or do photographs. Two of the three if us did end up with upset stomachs from the Grey stuff, but the rest of it was very good and I would go back.
