We had an absolutely amazing and genuinely fun experience celebrating my birthday. I do wish Belle had been available as a character option, but the Beast was a great substitute and added a lot to the atmosphere. The food was good overall, though not quite at the level you’d expect for the price. They brought out a small Mickey icing treat for my birthday, which was a thoughtful touch, but it was far too sweet for me—my son ended up enjoying it instead. I also didn’t care for the “grey stuff,” as it was overly sweet as well. Even so, we had a great time and would consider coming back again in the future.

This was a disappointing experience from start to finish. Our server seemed annoyed the moment we mentioned we were annual pass holders. She also appeared irritated when I ordered a Coke, even making a face when I politely repeated my request. She said she “usually does that when she first stops at the table,” but guessed she could get it.
When she took our order, she rushed us so much that I didn’t even get to add the shrimp I wanted to add. I genuinely didn’t feel like I had the space to speak, and I was worried she’d be upset if I asked. When she tried to take my menu, I politely asked to keep it so I could look over the cocktails. She said “sure” and walked away, never offering suggestions or returning to see if I wanted to order one.
Throughout the meal, we felt rushed, and overall she just wasn’t very kind.
I understand short rib is a fattier cut, but this one was about 75% mush. It was extremely disappointing. The crème brûlée also had no crisp layer at all. I still ate it because I was starving, but it wasn’t what it should be. And while I understand delays happen, the Beast was late as well. I’ve been a resort restaurant server for over a decade, so I’m very aware things can go wrong...but this was a lot.
To top it off, when it came time to pay, the server handed the check directly to my husband, opened the book in front of him, pointed to the suggested gratuity, and told him how to fill out the lines. She said she would “appreciate that very much.” I have never not tipped! I always leave 20% and we did this time as well. I understand servers get stiffed often, but being pressured for a tip I was already planning to leave felt cheap.
Overall, the entire experience was extremely disappointing.

Hate to leave a bad review but this experience was really disappointing. We were at the restaurant for over an hour and a half for the $70 three course meal and the food did not live up to the price at all.
I had the French onion soup, filet mignon, mashed potatoes, and crème brûlée. The soup was okay, but the steak came out burned on the outside and rare inside when I ordered it well done. I sent it back and it still came back medium to medium-rare. The mashed potatoes were not good and the food overall was barely warm.
The atmosphere was cool but even though the Beast walked around he never stopped at our table. For a family of four, our bill came to about $350 plus a $70 tip and it just wasn’t worth it. Sadly, we wouldn’t come back.

This was a dream of mine! I absolutely loved the atmosphere. We ate in the grand ballroom and our server was absolutely amazing. Loved the character he provided. We did get to see the Beast which was great.
The Food:
Appetizers-
French onion soup 7/10
Mixed greens salad 7.5/10
Entrees:
- Filet mignon with mashed potatoes and green beans. 10/10 cooked to perfection and the sauce was divine
- Steak Frites 9/10
Dessert
-Blooming Rose 7/10 cookies and cream mousse on a chocolate cookie base. Good but could have had more magic
-Drinks French 75 : 6/10 not really my kind of drink
-Handsome Brute : 8/10 delicious
Overall with tip we paid about $215 for two of us. And I would definitely do it again for a special occasion. keep in mind you are paying for the atmosphere which, as a huge beauty and the beast, fan is worth it.

The restraunt was very cool to look at, but the coolest rooms are the smallest ones and doesnt seem like you get to choose where you want to sit, would of liked to sit some where like the west wing, but instead got the main hall, which was ok, very loud tho and busy. Also kinda wish there was more then 1 character, like maybe belle or some of the side characters from the movie. Beast was cool tho, wish we got to get a pic with him tho.
Food was over all good. The soup was sopose to be a crab soup, but it only tasted of tomato soup. But everything else was pretty good, like the steak and desserts
Our server on the other hand, was one of the best parts. He was very chill. And I wasnt feeling well, which I think he could tell, and he seemed like he cared. Wish I remembered his name. I think he was maybe tall? And really short hair? I dont fully remember since I wasnt feeling well that day and ended up leaving the park almost right after cuz I wasnt feeling well. But him being so chill and real, really helped when I wasnt feeling well and was just trying to make it thru the dinner.
