Do not eat here unless you want to roast outside with mediocre food, at best. The Teriyaki Chicken tasted more like stewed chicken and you could get frozen chicken fingers anywhere. Strong pass!

It had no cucumbers, avocados, or cheddar toppings, and the meat was strange- definitely not crispy chicken strips. I can’t believe they serve this soggy mess. We just threw it away. The bacon cheeseburger was missing the bacon. Very disappointing meal. The cashier that took our order was very sweet.

We ordered two fountain drinks and were given cups for self service. The machines had zero ice and most of the drinks were empty. There were no attendants even trying to resolve the problems with the drink station and the restaurant wasn't even busy. We wasted $10 looking for something cold and refreshing to go with our meal.

Had exactly ONE cast member taking orders for all of the guests, and the cast member was in training. Completely wild. Why we remained in line is something I’ll never understand. Ordered the Southwest Salad with Chicken again. Nasty. Super disappointed. 0/5 Visit #3 Now have to eat gluten free. Not a long wait for dinner. Ordered the bacon cheeseburger with a gluten free bun. Gluten free bun was dry and crumbly. The burger patty was dry and flavorless. The bacon was soggy. The tomato and lettuce did not look good, so I removed them. The fries were soggy. 0/5 Positive: Tons of seating, both indoors and outdoors.
