It was light and flavorful. I don't know a lot about baked goods but I'm assuming it was like a blueberry mousse on top with a thin layer of white chocolate between it and the cheesecake. My wife got the vanilla eclair. The flavor was very mild. The custard wasn't overpowering. The dough was airy and flaky. It was also very good.

We learned the history of the store, fun facts, enjoyed delicious drinks, tasted a sample of the cake, decorated a Mickey Mouse cake, received a pin, and took home a beautiful cake (also in a cute hat box). I highly recommend this experience to anyone who has a love for cake decorating with a special hint of Disney! Aside from the class, the bakery is fantastic. They have the cutest desserts and from what I have tried in the past, it all tastes amazing!
