  I took my boyfriend for the first time here he was so excited and he has never been. The guy who helped us was so sweet. He looked up the ingredients for one of them because my boyfriend is Muslim and he cannot eat pork so we wanted to make sure that the marshmallow did not have anything with pork. We thank him because he was so sweet to us. We wait for my name to be called, we pay and when we get home, we had somebody else’s order. So I was extremely frustrated for him because he was so excited to try it and they gave us the order of somebody else. I don’t even care that mine wasn’t in the bag. I just cared that he didn’t get to experience his first treat from there after the employee when above and beyond for us.

  the pumpkin spice creme brûlée does NOT list nuts in its ingredients but clearly has a scoop of pecans on top. i have a severe nut allergy and i’m 8 months pregnant and if i haven’t had this allergy my entire life or i was a child with this allergy who didn’t pay attention, this could have ended really badly… i saw another review from someone saying the same thing about a different dessert. i’m extremely confused how a place could get away with not listing an ingredient that is such a common allergy. please please please triple check the ingredients if you have allergies!

  Jacie super rude I asked her what the rose petal was like is it a cookie?? Is it a biscuit?? She’s like idk with an attitude, rolls her eyes, goes to grab some book and starts telling me “sugar, powder,…” with a crazy attitude. Literally this is a bakery in Disney you need to have a better attitude with customers and answer questions that’s part of your job.

  Super disappointed in this place. Im deathly allergic to mango but was hoping to get the wine slushy flight and substitute the one mango slush with the same of another one. They said no, didnt even hear it from a manager. You would think disney would be accommodating to severe allergies that easily avoidable. but the guy told me “i would have to get it as is”. I understand you cant alcohol but I wouldnt be as mad if i had someone with me who could have it but i was by myself. Whats the big deal with a substitute of a slushy?? Do better disney.

  Very disappointing experience at Amorette’s Patisserie, especially considering the price point\. Every year during our Disney trip, we order one of the special celebration cakes served at the Disney Resort restaurants\. This year, since we were visiting Disney Springs, we decided to visit Amorette’s directly and purchase a cake there instead\. We even brought a picture of the cake so we could show the staff exactly what we were looking for\. Instead of receiving helpful guidance, we were asked in an accusatory tone, “Where did you get that?” We explained that the cake had been served to us at a Disney Resort restaurant the previous year and that we had ordered one every year during our Disney trips\. The response was condescending: “We don’t do that anymore\. We stopped delivering to the Disney resorts\.” I later looked into this and found information indicating that Amorette’s still appears to provide cakes to Disney Resort restaurants, which made the interaction even more frustrating\. There were nearly ten employees in the shop, yet not one person seemed to know which cake we were referring to, whether it was still available, or how to explain the current options\. We asked which cake would be most similar to the one served at the Disney Resort restaurant\. Surprisingly, no one assisting us seemed to understand what we were describing or could explain the differences between the cakes\. Even worse was the attitude we received simply for asking questions\. The staff came across as annoyed, dismissive, and at times condescending, which made us feel very uncomfortable\. We ultimately chose the Mickey cake because we assumed it would be one of their most popular options\. We spent approximately $70 on a relatively small dome cake, only to discover that it was not at all like the cake we had been trying to describe\. The cake being different was disappointing, but the poor customer service and lack of knowledge were the bigger issues\. When guests are spending that much money on a specialty dessert, they should be able to ask questions and receive friendly, accurate guidance without being made to feel like an inconvenience\.
