  We was sat down timely. The service was great as well as the princesses took there time did not rush us. The appetizers were good, entree excellent as well as desserts. We have not gone yo this restaurant in years due to negative comment but it was great !

  Unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet our expectations. We arrived on time for our reservation, yet still had to wait. When we got there, the hosts were rude and not accommodating at all. It was raining, and we weren’t allowed to check in under the covered entrance or even stand near the door. We were asked to move away and ended up waiting outside in the rain with 3 little kids. After checking in, we still had to wait about 30 minutes to be seated**also out in the rain**even though the restaurant looked mostly empty. I do want to mention that the servers were kind and professional, and the princess interactions were a highlight for the kids. However, after eating, everyone in our group ended up with stomach discomfort, which was very concerning and made the experience even more disappointing. For such an expensive restaurant, I expected much better service and overall quality. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, mainly because of how we were treated at the entrance and the unnecessary wait in the rain. I wouldn’t return.

  Is a bad restaurant, the attention is awfull, is too expensive and the meal tatse horrible

  This was an amazing experience! The breakfast food was incredible and meeting all the princesses was amazing! Highly recommend trying this!

  Service was top notch and the experience was great! Our daughter loved meeting all the princesses. Our server was attentive and very friendly. The negative was the food. we weren’t expecting it to be amazing as we’ve at character meals before and our never blown away, but this by far was the worst food we have had. Served family style is fine, but it comes heaped onto a plate all mushing together. And personally not all the food slopped into the serving dish even goes together. Overall we enjoyed the atmosphere, service, and character experiences but hated the food.
