  Dinner review - Service is great. Food is fine to good. Atmosphere is absolutely terrible, especially for that crazy price. It’s like a cheap cafeteria with tables shoved SO close together. Loud, bright lights, nothing special. Very sad considering what it was years ago and the hotel it is in.

  I asked two different employees where the bathroom was and they kept saying go all the way to the second floor to a different restaurant. Then right after I asked the 2nd lady. Some other customer asked her and she directed her down the hall to the left right by where we were seated. I decided to investigate and the bathroom was open. Why lie about that? Food was absolutely the worst of all disney world. I'm not exaggerating. The only good thing was Cinderella, Alladin, Tiana, and Maribelle.

  All my food was delicious. The characters and staff were extremely kind and accommodating. But the one thing my picky child eats.....cheese pizza of all things.....was very generic and not good. With the excellence of the rest of the food that is extremely disappointing. I'd rather .y kids food be the best and mine just ok if it can't all be good. Thats the only negative bit for me it's a big one

  The service was fantastic. I loved our server. The food was pretty good. I was especially impressed with the grits. Well done! The characters were wonderful and truly did a great job sharing sweet moments with the young children in our party. I loved all of that. What I did not love was the room layout and the table placement. The actual “space” is difficult, tight, and not decorated or themed to the high standards of most other restaurants on property. These kinds of things have become more important to me as I choose where we eat and spend time at the Walt Disney Resort. This spot feels claustrophobic and tough to navigate given the number of people who eat there.
