We were waiting for our food for 20 mins only to find out it was sitting there the whole time. Very limited donuts available on a morning shift.

Then when I tried to add more munchkins to my order, it clearly became another issue for the staff. The attitude was rude and made me feel like I was an inconvenience just for placing a simple order. If you’re working in customer service, basic communication and courtesy shouldn’t be optional. Really disappointing experience.
