Where I ordered a $6 meal deal I ordered it every single time On the app and I order it with no egg as there is no option for the egg on the.. & Once I get to the window, I let them know that I ordered the Sandwich with no egg, but I would like the egg on the side. Today it was a HUGE problem at this location as AJ told me If I wanted the egg on the side, I would have to purchase another egg.. Which I said, makes no sense. I already paid for the egg when I ordered the breakfast sandwich. It didn’t discount two or three dollars or whatever it is for the price of the egg when I clicked no egg. Thank youHe then continue to argue with me telling me I’d have to pay for it. Very bad customer service very bad service here they never read the order. I always do mobile order so it’s not like they didn’t hear me correctly (with my orders last week) so yea Today’s my last visit here I’ll stick with the Belleview location or the location in Ocala on 484 as I never have problems at those locations with anything. This store seems a little scammyyyy. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION 🥲
