- SDS DSep 27, 20261.0I will not go to this location again for coffee. I went through the drive-thru this morning for one cup of coffee. I ordered a medium coffee with sweetener. The coffee was $2.99 and it was disgustingly sweet. If I had been in the restaurant, I would have returned it, but I was already miles down the road before I had my first sip. I wanted to use tap-to-pay, and they had to take my phone from me at the window to process the payment. I have never had to surrender my phone to make a payment. I am not happy with this Dunkin'. They did not make it right.

I have been getting caramel coffee with at least 7 squirts of caramel, instead of the 2 I ask for. I hope you can afford to have employees give away the products. There are 2 evening employees who excel in preparing what I ask for. ( a white man 35-40, and a black woman who is 21) I have not stopped for my morning coffee in a few days now. It is sad that a business that boasts high customer satisfaction does not maintain that claim.

I wait 10 minutes for my order to come out and they didn’t even bring out half of it! The man told me he would be back out with the rest of it soon. Then I proceed to wait 10 more minutes but no one comes back out, so I went inside to get the rest of my order that I paid for I explained to three crew members what I was missing and they all said “okay we got you” like they understood and were going to grab the rest of the food, after waiting ANOTHER 5 minutes I can see that they have slowed down and no one came to help, and there were atleast 5 crew members just doing nothing, I understand food service because I work in it, so I think once you see a customer just standing in the front someone would think “hey do they need anything else” but no not at this location! Good luck to everyone that visits! I don’t think I will be returning to this location as it’s one of the worst in my opinion.
