  Every morning, I order a frozen caramel coffee, but I never come to this one. Once I got through the drive-through window, I was handed a chocolate frozen coffee. I went to go in there to have them remake it to a caramel. She insisted that I tried it to make sure it was the right one. I let her know that I already did so they begin to make another one gave me not even a full cup, and it’s like they forgot the sweeteners or something in it.. Stuck with what I got so I didn’t have to bug anyone to help fix my drink again. I will not be coming back to this Dunkin.

  I go to this Dunkin when in the area. Every time I go, there is an issue with my drink...not filled fully, charged extra for things, etc. This morning ordered a limeade with coconut and what I got was water with hints of limeade and coconut as if they ran out of limeade and filled it with water so they could still use it. Will not be stopping here any more. Thank goodness the one near my home is better.

  I ordered sausage on Sourdough bread I got bacon .Wow 3 small thin bacon. Wasn't grilled , cold . WHAT NO CONDIMENTS ❓❓ MAYO OR SALSA & I UNDERSTAND NI ACACADO BUT YOU DONT EVEN HAVE NAPKINS OUT BY YOUR GARBAGE CAN WHERE YOU PUT SALT & PEPPER IN TOP OF A GARBAGE CAN. Donuts sucked , dried out . Old . Bad can't describe . I hope you're drinks keep you in Business . Folks Denney's is next door

  Not very happy with how things went today… took 20 mins to receive my order inside because the guy and girl making drinks are flirting heavily! There was no line inside and when I received my order the drinks weren’t even what I ordered… I decided it wouldn’t have even helped to tell the manager who clearly is watching her staff goof off!

  Food: Below average food this afternoon …4.18.26 Service: 18 minutes to get a sandwich with no one in line, one To go order & one car in drive thru ahead of me. Servers are in no hurry & have no sense of urgency when the lines start piling up. Atmosphere: Cool building, newer but several tables not wiped down. That is why they get a 2 rating today.
