Worst dominos anywhere! A full hour wait for a pizza and we live 5 miles away. Needless to say, it was not hot, not fresh after sitting in a car for 45min. Called and customer service was worse than the food. Pizza was luke warm, soggy and floppy. The bread bites were undercooked balls of raw dough. Fire whomever is in charge of this disgrace.

I gave a one Star in hopes that someone can add My apartment complex to Domino's online delivery. Lake Sumter Reserve/Senior which is just down the road on 466. The Domino's website says "delivery not available at your location" but if I call your store I can order delivery no problem. Please help. Your location is missing out on delivery orders from a whole apartment complex. Just saying.

Unfortunately, After tonight‘s experience I had to come on and leave this review. I normally order from this dominoes at least once or twice a month and never had any issues. It’s been about a month, so we ordered tonight, and one of the pizzas I ordered was supposed to be hand tossed however it was super thin crust, and I know this isn’t normal because I’ve ordered this in the past and it wasn’t near this thin, plus the second pizza I got tonight was hand tossed and it was the way it was supposed to be. The same pizza was also burnt.
Also, this is the second time that the side special sauce has been out. I hated to leave the review, but as looking upon other reviews, I see I’m not the only one that is having issues lately, so hopefully this will bring awareness to corporate or management attention, and they will be able to correct these mistakes and bring dominoes back to where they originally were and need to be.
Love my local dominoes, but after tonight’s experience, I will not be coming back.

The shop is clean and the staff has always been friendly, and they really seem to be trying their best, but they're usually busy, and we've lost count of how many of our orders have been cross-contaminated by random toppings we absolutely did not order. If you have food sensitivities in your family, too, you understand.
We also collected an order (this was quite a while ago) and got home to find one of the pizzas was entirely different to what we ordered--an honest mistake on everyone's part--so we brought it back, and I will never forget the exhausted look on the manager's face as he explained to his employee, "No, we can't just give this to another customer, because it's left the store." Do with that info what you will.
It's just not worth the hassle on either end.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at Domino's Store #A640, and it was largely due to the way Manager Abby handled the situation.
My niece and nephew's father ordered three pizzas to be delivered to our home. We waited for nearly an hour and were watching for the delivery because the front door is directly next to our window. The delivery driver never knocked, never rang the doorbell, and never called. We also have dogs that would have alerted us if someone had come to the door and knocked.
When we eventually opened the door to see where our food was, we found all three pizza boxes left on the ground outside. By that point, ants had gotten into the pizzas, making the food completely unacceptable to eat. We were shocked and disgusted.
My niece and nephew's mother immediately called the store to explain what had happened and politely requested that the pizzas be remade. Instead of showing concern or trying to resolve the issue, Manager Abby gave us a hard time from the beginning.
When we arrived at the store, I attempted to explain the situation to an employee at the front counter. Abby immediately approached me in an aggressive manner and said, "I'm on the phone with your sister right now. I'm handling it," without allowing me to explain anything. Her attitude was rude and dismissive from the start.
As we waited, Abby repeatedly ignored us, walked away during conversations, and refused to provide a reasonable solution. She claimed she spoke with the delivery driver and that the driver had knocked before leaving the pizzas. We know this did not happen. We were home the entire time waiting for the order.
What was most frustrating was that instead of trying to make things right, Abby treated us as if we were lying. We were simply asking for fresh pizzas to replace food that had been left outside and contaminated with ants.
During the conversation, Abby repeatedly interrupted us, put her hand up, told us to "hold on," walked away multiple times, and avoided addressing our concerns directly. At one point, there was confusion regarding who was in charge, and Abby later stated that she was the head manager on duty and had the final say regarding the situation.
To make matters worse, the situation escalated to the point where the police were called because we continued asking for a reasonable resolution. After explaining what happened, the officers allowed us to leave, but the fact that police were called over customers trying to get contaminated food replaced is unbelievable.
The entire experience was embarrassing, frustrating, and completely unnecessary. There were hungry children involved, and I am nine months pregnant. At no point did Abby show empathy, professionalism, or any genuine interest in resolving the problem.
Customer service is about fixing mistakes and taking care of customers. Instead, we were met with hostility, accusations, and disrespect.
I would not recommend Domino's Store #A640 to anyone based on this experience. If this is how management handles legitimate customer complaints, customers deserve to know before spending their money here.
