  The worst ever, I ordered 3 burrito bowls and they are cold, the rice is hard and my husband's just ate a chunk of salt from his bowl. I do NOT recommend. I did not pay 40 dollars for crap😠 Very Very Disappointing,

  The young woman behind the counter that was making my burrito was loud and rude and wanted me to tell her what I wanted so quick I couldn’t even think, after I paid and sat down. People behind me, came to me and said wow what’s her problem. But the burrito was delicious

  On a monthly basis my family and I visit this location for lunch as we live close by. Within the past few months we have notice the quality of this place, its atmosphere and customer service has been deteriorating drastically. To begin, at this the staff is far from presentable. You have staff members with hairstyles in a non professional manner and also not covered with a net. Within close proximity as you order food you can see some of the members are dirty and so is their uniforms. Some are wrinkled and some dirty as mentioned. Some members look like they have a very poor hygiene and just woke up threw clothes on and came to work. They don’t look prepared at all. Aside from that, the customer service has gotten horrible. From staff not knowing what they’re doing to sometimes have you waiting in line for a long time with just one member working and the others in the back not doing anything. Tables are dirty all the time and so are the floors and drink station which is almost always missing utensils and other items. The only thing I can say is that the food still good so this is not a food quality problem but a staff and customer service problem. New Review What a difference from the last time I visited this place. I am not sure if management or HR was paying attention to reviews but I will say this place changed light night and day. Super clean, I mean spotless. Food was amazing, customer service was excellent. All stations were clean and fully stocked. The crew that worked today was it. The way they conducted themselves and how they were running the business is how it should be ran everyday. Supper clean, amazing service amazing food is all I will say from today’s experience. Definitely coming back. I hope they keep this up.

  It was 11am (they open at 10:45) and I ordered a steak bowl to go, the server had to go in back, with my bowl, to get the steak. It was obviously leftover steak from the previous day, I got home to find the meat incredibly hard and chewy. Worst bowl I've ever had

  I went in today for late lunch/early dinner and there were so many employees walking around doing nothing avoiding eye contact. The place was an absolute disaster. There was stuff all over the floors. The counter was a mess. The food was old dried what little bit they had in the bins . They were missing mini Core items and told me that it would have to be cooked before they could put it in my bowl. And if the front is such a mess, what must the back look like? I have no trust in the cleanliness or the quality of the food based on the people working there I would highly recommend the owner, observe what is happening at his store.
