I want to place a order 12:20am to place on order all the staff just looking at us, after 8 min someone come to the cashier trying to tell me the register not working I can’t place the order!!!! In less than a minute someone come to pick up there order and ofto pay with card, now they ofto take the payment, so I said to the cashier how the register not working but you collecting payment, she then say it’s working now all of the staff that working, was telling me it’s not working. All the staff that working the AM shift on July 04 2026 should get in trouble to try to turn away customers because they wanna leave work early. Bad customer service!!! Need to get them together and stop playing with business money.

- LLLabubu LandJun 8, 20261.0⭐️ 1 Star - Overcooked Food and Lazy Staff! Context: I have been to many Wingstop locations, and none of them have been as bad as this one. An absolute waste of money. Positives: This was the closest Wingstop to me, so I thought “Why not try it?” This place is in a good location, relevant to me. Those are the only good things. Negatives: My food took a long time, and just when it was finally ready, I opened the bag just to see burnt fries. The wings were also burnt. I couldn’t even eat the food because of it! I asked for seasoning on my fries, and they barely put anything on it. My so called “garlic Parmesan” wings looked nothing like how they looked at other locations I’ve went to. Bathrooms were filthy and disgusting. I highly recommend trying to hold it in until you get home. Tables were dirty too. The staff didn’t even bother to clean it. When I noticed my food was burnt, I asked them to make it again. This time they got the order wrong. What kind of restaurant does this?! 😑 I am being brutally honest about my experience here. This place is a joke! Conclusion: Never EVER step foot in this place unless you like burnt food, messed up orders, and absolutely lazy people working behind the counters.

The workers were all really nice and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. My order came out fast, and the food was honestly delicious everything was fresh, hot, and exactly how I expected it. You can tell they care about quality and service here. Shoutout to Harmony and Nay for being the best—they really made the visit stand out with their great attitude and customer service. Definitely coming back!
