  Please be careful when ordering from this store. I recently placed an order from this location, and unfortunately, I had a very concerning experience. When I received my food, I noticed that the ranch sauce provided with my order had visible mold in it. Naturally, after seeing that, I could not eat my food because I was concerned about the possibility of the food being contaminated and the potential health risks to customers. I decided to give the manager a courtesy call to make her aware of what happened. My intention was not to cause an issue or make accusations. I simply wanted to bring this serious food-safety concern to her attention so that she could check the sauces and make sure other customers were not given something that could potentially make them sick. Unfortunately, the response I received was extremely disappointing. Instead of taking my concern seriously or apologizing for the situation, the manager repeatedly stated that she personally packed the bag and that the ranch sauce was fine when it left the store. I felt as though I was being called a liar and that my experience was being dismissed simply because she claimed she had checked the order before it left. As a customer, I should not have to argue or prove that I received a product with mold in it. Food safety should always be taken seriously, especially when a customer is bringing a potentially harmful issue to management’s attention. I am sharing this review to make other customers aware of my experience. I hope management takes this situation seriously, checks how the ranch and other sauces are stored and handled, and makes sure this does not happen to another customer. I would hate for someone to consume something like this without noticing and become sick. I am extremely disappointed—not only because I received food I could not eat, but also because of the way my legitimate concern was handled when I tried to bring it to management’s attention.

  Came in for lunch with my family and was treated very rudely and overheard the tall woman with glasses and our cashier jade making racist comments about white people and the kitchen playing really vulgar music about women's sexual parts, our food was old and dry, our fies were cold and when we asked for a remake they just looked at us like we asked for something impossible. We will never be back, avoid this place at all cost.

  Horrible service, the worse service ever, employees weren't paying attention of what they were doing, they were just talking and playing around, they didn't prepare the food how it was supposed to be, missing seasoning on the corn and the wings were not sauced correctly, also, they gave ice to the person in front of me and when I asked for ice they didn't want to give me any and even though there were 2 hours left before closing. I was expecting to eat something good after a great day with my family but they ruined my day.
