  I was at this location today, I asked if they could cut my burger in half, a female proceeded to tell me no, that she can give me knife and I can do it myself, after that she said it will get grease all over, then she said that it's against policy! After looking it up online it is not against policy, so she blatantly lied to me and tried to refuse simply cutting a burger in half even after I gave them a tip! Never once did she say thank you for the tip. She was unprofessional, rude, and made my experience unpleasant to say the least! I will not be returning to this restaurant and I recommend anyone else looking for a burger to pursue a different restaurant!

  Waited over 40 minutes for 4 burgers and an order of fries. I understand it’s made to order but I could go to a sit down restaurant and have food faster!

  Shawn and His crew on Today's shift did a Great Job. My food taste delicious and My Milkshake was Perfect and The onion ring!! Wow Expectacular!! I'll definitely come back here. It's My First time buying from this place. I live locally, and every time I finish doing My grocery shopping at Walmart I pass by this place, and it always smells good. So today was the day that I gave it a try, and I love it!!

  I placed an order through their website. The food came late. When the food came, the name on the receipt was not my name. Not only that, the food that was received didn't match my order, or what was on the receipt. I called the restaurant to try and rectify the situation. I was hung up on after talking with one of the employees. After 3 attempts to call back, I asked to speak with the manager. The person on the phone informed me they were "the manager." They also informed me that Grubhub had fulfilled the order and that Grubhub had been stealing orders. The "manager" said she would call back in 10 minutes. Fifteen minutes later I got a call from Grubhub. I know it was 15 minutes because I started a timer. Grubhub informed me that because I got "SOME" food, they could only refund me, and give me a discount on my next order. When I called Wayback Burger back to find out what could be done, no one answered. Despite the fact that they would not be closing for another 35 minutes. TLDR if you want your order stolen and be told there's nothing that can be done, order your food here. Not only that, the quality was terrible.
