I rarely write negative reviews, but after two incredibly frustrating experiences here, we will definitely not be back. Our first visit several weeks ago was a logistical mess. After ordering our food, we realized there was nowhere to sit because a large number of empty tables were labeled “reserved.” When an unlabeled table finally cleared up and we went to sit down, staff stopped us and told us we couldn’t sit there because it was going to be reserved as well. Frustrated by the lack of seating for paying customers, we asked for a refund so we could eat elsewhere. We were initially refused and told our food "couldn’t be refunded because it was already on the grill." Only after pushing back did they finally issue a partial refund. Despite that horrible first impression, we decided to give them a second chance and returned this evening. It was somehow worse. I ordered a bowl entree and completely finished eating it while my husband sat there with no food. Roughly 35 minutes after ordering, we finally asked about his meal. They handed it to him in a to-go container—which was odd, considering we were dining in and my food had been properly plated. Worse than the wait, when he opened the container, the beef looked completely raw. We brought it to the staff's attention, and they took it back to remake it. When they brought out the remade order, it was still served raw. Just like our first visit, were inevitably only given a partial refund. To be denied seating, made to wait indefinitely, and then served dangerously undercooked meat twice in one night is completely unacceptable. Save your money and go somewhere else

Had a fabulous time yesterday! It was our first time and used some friends as fellow Guinea pigs to try it out. I honestly didn’t expect much but when I saw that they were cooking some of the meat over coals, my expectations went up. It didn’t disappoint! We got the family platter of shwama, the savory feteer (family size), along with some wraps with lamb in it. Between the four of us, it was a lot of food to eat, but so delicious. We were able to bring home leftovers for my kids. We also tried their hummus which we all loved how creamy it was, and the ladies loved it as is, but I personally wished that there was a little more salt, but it wasn’t a big issue, I still enjoy it. One thing I will say is that the atmosphere is very nice but inside seemed a little warm for me as I tend to get hot easily. Overall, I look forward to being back and at times even ordering takeout! P.S. the manager was super cool and friendly. Made us feel really welcome and valued.

Recently stopped by The Dough Show after coming across their page on Instagram and saving it for later — and it definitely lived up to the visit. This was such a great Middle Eastern food experience from start to finish. The Kissimmee location was clean, organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked in. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. I ordered the falafel wrap from their value menu for only $4.99, along with a side of hummus and fries served with their garlic sauce. Everything was made fresh, packed with authentic flavor, and exceeded expectations. The authentic music playing in the background added even more to the cultural experience and made the environment feel warm and inviting. If you’re looking for an affordable and flavorful Middle Eastern meal in a clean and welcoming spot, this is definitely a place worth checking out. I’ll absolutely be returning, the fries dipped in that garlic sauce alone were great.

We finally made the 45+ minute drive after getting so many recommendations, and it was absolutely worth it. From the moment the food arrived, everything impressed us — the quality was on point, the flavors were amazing, and every dish felt thoughtfully prepared. Even our picky kids loved it, which says a lot. My kids kept reminding me that we have to come back and order the exact same things again, and coming from our toughest little food critic, that definitely earns extra points. The tamarind and hibiscus drinks were incredibly refreshing and full of flavor — the perfect complement to the meal. The portions were great for sharing, and every dish brought something delicious to the table. Overall, a fantastic experience with flavorful food, generous portions, and a family-friendly atmosphere that made the long drive completely worthwhile.

Went to the dough show and it was my first time trying feteer. We had a large group, about 14... so I am sure they weren't ready for us. We had many things so I was lucky to try almost all the feteers. We tried the chicken shawarma, beef shawarma, the dough show, and the cheese. They ran out of large feteers so some of the large feteers that we ordered in large size came out in two small ones, which was cool, but not explained until I went and asked. I didn't like the dough show feteer, not for it's flavor but it was a little mushy... unlike the rest which were nice and crispy. The staff was nice but no one says hello when we walked in. There's computers to order and a small fountain machine. Also the floor was super sticky on my flip flops so I felt like I was walking on wet tar. Complete with sound effects. The place was very clean, shoes must of just disliked what they mopped with. The dubai feteer was amazing. The white sauce served with all the feteers was nice although I think it was sour cream. Still nice addition to the pizzas. Both the Dubai and strawberry tiramisu dessert cups were also very pleasant. I have never had strawberries in tiramisu but i would have it again. Yum The Baba Ghanoush which on their menu says it is roasted eggplant, tahini, garlic, and lemon juice was - to quote my brother, a baba gha NOPE for me. I have never had it, but I did not like it. Also I found the hummus to be very bland and it was served with an evoo... all I could taste was the olive oil. A cool place though... go for the experience. Where else can you get food of this caliber? Nothing made me want to rush back and become a regular, but I was not disappointed. Thank you.
