It had been ages since we had last went to a Punjabi restaurant so naturally we were looking for one during our trip to Orlando. Suffice to say, Taste of Punjab was well worth the visit! Channa masala, Malai Kofta, and Chapathis were all wonderful, with the home-style Aloo Gobi being the highlight of our visit. Looking forward to visiting again soon!
We took our mother there to celebrate Mother's Day the day after to avoid crowds. We walked in and were greeted by a quaint and comfy decor. Our server was Ms. Aring and she was patient, kind, helpful and friendly. Our meal was DELICIOUS. We're west Indian ourselves and the flavors here were out of this world.
The manager himself was out on the floor helping, which to me says volumes about his work ethics. He stopped by the table and even said Happy Mothers Day to my mother and brought out a complimentary plate of naan as a small gesture.
Even at the end of our meal the server came to our table with a small dessert and said it was compliments of herself, her co worker Donna and the manager Mr. Gagan. We have never received such kind and genuine service I'd dare say ever. So nice to be around all these kind and wonderful people. It's a lovely little secret gem tucked away here in Kissimmee. It's a MUST TRY if you ask us and you can bet we'll be back.

We came to Taste of Punjab after Mother’s Day with a group of 17 people, including hungry kids, and had such a great experience. I called ahead to let them know we were coming, and they had the table ready for us when we arrived. The food came out quickly, the service was fast, friendly, and very personalized, and everyone really enjoyed the meal. It’s not easy to take care of a large group, but they handled everything so smoothly. Highly recommend Taste of Punjab for great food and excellent service!

This place is simply outstanding. We’ve been to Taste of Punjab multiple times, and it never disappoints—but this last visit was especially amazing.
From the moment you walk in, the service stands out. You’re welcomed with genuine warmth, and the staff is incredibly attentive. Definitely trust their recommendations—they know exactly what to suggest, and you’ll end up enjoying something even better than expected.
We started with the vegetable samosas, which were perfectly crispy and well-seasoned, served with a tamarind sauce that paired beautifully.
For the main course, the food is full of rich, authentic flavors and perfectly balanced. The Chicken Tikka Masala is absolutely divine—creamy, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. The basmati rice deserves a mention on its own: light, aromatic, and with a subtle hint of spices that makes it the perfect pairing. The naan, both garlic and cheese, is on another level—fresh, soft, and clearly made to order.
To finish, we tried the Ras Malai for the first time… incredible. Soft, not overly sweet, with a beautiful pistachio flavor. The perfect way to end the meal.
This is definitely our go-to Indian spot. We’ll keep coming back without a doubt.
PS: Sorry for the bad picture but when I had the first or second bit I said, I got to leave a review.
Only ones in the restaurant for lunch at 1:30pm. Ordered Tandoori Chicken and Chola Bhatura with special request to make it really spicy. The server told us that as the chicken is marinated overnight the spice level cannot be changed, its about medium but he'd get us extra spicy makhani sauce. In the Tandoori chicken dish there were only two drumsticks and three other pieces of chicken.
Chicken was definitely very tender and tasty but not at all spicy. The makhani sauce was almost sweet. We had to wait to get the attention of a server to voice our disappointment. She managed to snag us a very spicy sauce. The dishes seemed to be made to cater to American taste and unfortunately didn't have the authentic taste.
