  I’m not sure what happened last night before closing. I ordered food an hour before closing and every uber driver cancelled on me once they got to the location. Then I drove over even though I didn’t feel well, and realized the line was long and not moving. I got there about 10-15 mins before closing and it seems one of the workers (maybe?) put their car in line, stopped it right before the order box and walked away. All the cars infront of it got served but about 6-7 cars behind it got stuck until past 4am so the place would close. I drove away and passed the car blocking the way and saw it was empty inside so it was done on purpose. Nobody after that car got food. People were honking and flashing their lights but they screwed about 6-7 cars in line out of food last night.

  5/7 night crew was amazing! They were rocking it with the line and the guest inside. They had great communication skills in the kitchen and were on a roll finishing out the orders. I was impressed by the way they worked together!

  Waited 45 minutes. They still managed to forget two items from my order. Avoided this location like the plague.

  I wish I could give this negative stars. The worst Taco Bell I have ever encountered. I’ve been to this location twice, each time I’ve waited 45 minutes for food. I don’t get how a place can be so poorly run.

  Made it simple by ordering mobile. Stuck waiting for my food for 20 minutes at the window… watching the girls working on a half dozen to-go orders, standing around chatting, and checking their phones (quickly putting it away when the one person, who appeared to be hard at work, turned around). Food was terrible. Dried out, luke warm, and stale. I would have rather gone hungry. What a disappointing waste of time and money.
