  We are regular customer. Regular like 2-3 times a week. We order online and pick up. Today we received a from cashier Neysa C. The worst customer service that a person can deliver. We understand life is hard now days and not everyday you are in a good mood, but company must remind staff members that they represent the company. If you don’t like your duties just speak with your supervisor so they remove you and give the opportunity to another member with better attitude and customer service. We needed to add one star to be able to write the review.

  Don't know what it is about this place. Management needs to step in and improve the level of service, as well as the professionalism of all the employees goofing around.

  Ordered through the app, got a bag of sauces delivered, called doordash driver and taco bell. Neither takes ownership.

  I never had a bad experience at this location bit tonight was diffrent i was trying to place a order online but the application was giving me some issues so i decided to drive to the location and when placing the order i was ordering an item they said was only available online but i explained that the application was giving me errors and would not allow me to place order and the another worker starter talking rudely over the other employee that i was placing the order with over the speaker and ontop of it all while trying to place the order you could hear alot of chaos going on on the back ground that didnt allow my order to be heard to the employee i had to place two separate orders and go around through the drive thru twice just to be able to get what i wanted to order . Unbelievable .

  Mason was extremely helpful, i was struggling with the app and he helped me figure out and solve the issue . extremely kind as well as the rest of the staff, this might have the be my designated taco bell from now on update : only night crew has the best energy, i went in today around 5pm and not only was i given attitude when i asked for fresh nacho fries but i was given the wrong items on my order . on top of that literally everything was cold, not just the nacho fries . i wish i wouldve checked before making it to my location because now i wont be able to go have my order fixed and make it back in time to actually eat . so now i know that if i want the service i had the first time to only show up at night when the better shift is there
