  The waitress seemed new I did appreciate the possible owner who was walking around asking for feedback but it seemed a little forced...the food was fresh and honestly it's a hidden gem...I didn't like the lose of attention with the waitress and having to literally ask the owner lady who was on patrol do I pay inside? She immediately looked at my waitress wh had already invested herself in a new table only then was I able to cash out. So honestly what I'm saying is yes I would go BK but I'd be weary of my waitress or waiter

  Susanna’s Cafe & Specialty Coffee was AMAZING! If I could rate it from 1–10, I’d honestly give it a 20! 🤩 The food was incredibly fresh, and everything tasted homemade and made with so much care. We order their Amazing specialty coffee !!! Empanadas were too good to put into words!!! My son at all of his food (kids pancakes and bacon)!!!! I posted pics below!!! The atmosphere is just as special as the food. It feels like you’re stepping into a beautiful old classic home that has been done up to the nines — cozy, welcoming, peaceful, and so charming. ☕️✨ Such a great experience from beginning to end and an absolutely perfect spot for brunch. We will definitely be back! ❤️ Ask for Ivonne and Johanna they were the best servers…friendly and took care of us so well!!! I also give them a 20 out of 10!!!

  THE WORST BREAKFAST FOOD I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE !!! YES I MEAN IT I went in this restaurant with my gf to have breakfast. I ordered the breakfast combo, with 1 waffle 2 eggs and choice of protein. Forget the fact it took almost 25 mins to get the food to our table for BREAKFAST ITEMS. The first bite into the eggs they tasted funny and where drier then the Sahara desert. I added salt and pepper with some hot sauce, nothing made it taste better. So then I move onto the sausage. It was so overcooked it felt like a piece of leather, was able to finish one of the two but that was the end of that. Now the absolute worst part, the Waffle itself was soggy as HELL and disgusting. The flavor of the waffle itself was very "withered" is the best way to say it. Added some Maple Syrup to make it a little sweeter still nothing worked. There should be no reason that as I am currently writing this I am making and eating crispier waffles at home. And then at the very end when the waiter asked what was wrong I told him that the food was garbage. He took it back and at the end before my check came in he told me that they where giving me a free beef empanada, which I didn't want, but he insisted on giving me anyway, which I did not like. I do not remember his name, he had glasses and a small Afroish. If I didn't like the food I was going to pay for why the Hell would I like it if its free?? I ate a little bit and that was garbage as well. Its not that I don't like American breakfast food or Latin breakfast food, Keke's and Mecatos has food that is WAYYYYYY better than this place. SO my 2 questions to the Owner is that How can you allow you waiter to have a job if they did something that specifically told him not to do (bring me the beef empanada.) How can you allow you chef to have a job if they can not even make the simplest of breakfast food without messing up? ALSO DONT HAVE YOUR FRIDGE WHERE YOU KEEP YOUR FROZEN FOOD THAT YOU OVERPRICE AND SELL, IN FORNT OF THE CUSTOMERS TO SEE THAT THE FOOD IS FROZEN, PUT THAT IN THE BACK. This is not a troll or a prank post, I was there earlier today with an Argentina jersey if you don't believe me. Very surprised that this low of standards wins a restaurant Orlando's Best Breakfast two years in a row.

  I’ve been a regular customer at Suzana Cafe since last year, and the quality of service has remained consistently excellent. The staff is courteous, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They always prepare my orders exactly as requested and take great care to ensure everything is fresh and made correctly. Although I usually order to go, I’ve observed how thoughtfully they treat customers who dine in. The team is always happy to take orders, attentive to customers’ needs, and creates a warm, positive environment. Their professionalism and kindness are evident in every interaction. What stands out most is the atmosphere. Everyone greets customers with a smile, and a visit to Suzana Cafe can truly brighten your day and improve your mood. I highly recommend this cafe to anyone looking for excellent coffee, fresh food, and outstanding customer service.

  I can’t fathom who decided that almost $15 for a cold bagel sandwich was a good idea but that’s not even the first thing wrong with this place. Between ants crawling on the table and the fly trap open and exposed on my table with a hundred dead flies on it, I had high hopes that the food would maybe justify my loss for appetite at this overpriced cold food restaurant. I’m confused as to why my arepas also came out last considering they came cold with actual cheese STRAIGHT from the refrigerator (cold as death) and as bad as death as well. Thank God the service is at least decent because that’s their only saving grace. Would I come back? No. Not even if it was free. After spending $70 for three people to eat breakfast, it’s safe to say one of my worst investments.
