  Clearly we were bothering the staff from cooking food in the kitchen. I mean, considering we are the ones they're cooking for. Obviously they'd rather hide in the back than deal with customers, they prefer to throw shade at their bread and butter. Very bad customer service here.

  Just came in here to order a sub, I wanted Swiss cheese as it’s discontinued at the subways in from. As I ask for the swiss cheese I look and there is a dead gnat sitting plainly on the top of the cheese. I mention this to the employee he simply looks at it and leaves it there. I ask if there’s any new Swiss that I could get and he says no, they’re discontinuing the Swiss there as well so that’s all they have left, so he leaves the dead big cheese in the container for the next person. So nasty! I worked for subway for 5 years I know their manager would hate to hear they’re trying to give customers dead bugs in their food.

  No more fresh start! Cheese Steak Bowel only filled 3/4 of the way. Disappointed. Was becoming a fan. This put the brakes on. Will seek alternatives
