  DELICIOUS ice cream, pralines, and turtles! Come here for your after dinner snack and you won’t be disappointed. Natasha was super sweet and helpful explaining the different treats :)

  Our visit was extra sweet thanks to Natasha’s help! She provided great recommendations for the gelato options. Glad to know everything was made fresh each day and the free samples helped my family find the best treats. Thanks Natasha for your wonderful service!

  the staff was sooo sweet and the ice cream was even sweeter!! the staff was so kind and very helpful when it came to sample flavors! i would 100% recommend if ur in the orlando area!

  Avoid coming here AT ALL COSTS! There are several other sweet desserts and icecream around the area that is worth your money. I never make reviews but this establishment was 1000% unprofessional since we walked in the door. The person serving us ice cream was downright disrespectful with a terrible attitude. Then accidentally charged our card $20 for TWO SCOOPS of icecream which is only $8. They said it was a mistake but can’t give us a refund. We demanded a refund and they went on to say we don’t do refunds on a brand new kiosk iPad with a CASH REGISTER where there is evident cash that could have been given as a refund. I asked for the manager politely and the associate explained she talked to her manager but her manager would not come up to us until we continued to refuse their offer of providing another $8 icecream scoop to make up the extra $12 they charged our card. The math does not MATH!!! They both had terrible attitudes and even guests around us were confused as to why they couldnt refund our $12 and why they were so incompetent to charge us another person’s icecream purchase.

  My daughter and I were walking in the area and happened upon this place. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Natasha, who was incredibly helpful and kind. Even though she was right at the end of her shift, she took her time with us to make sure we could sample everything, offering great suggestions and sharing her personal favorites. We never felt rushed at all. I really appreciated how much she loved her job and the sweets they offer. She took so much pride in the fact that they make their own gelato in-house and knew exactly what went into it, even mentioning that they are always trying new things to improve their flavors. We had a wonderful experience here—thank you again, Natasha!
