  Uber Eats Delivery for order # 968226 in Call Out # 926 only delivered 1/2 the food to my home but charged me the full$46.93 for 3 meals! The Chicken Quesadilla Wrap Combo with 1- Indy. Yuca Bites worth $15+ was missing! Two out of 3 people in my home had their meals TODAY. I love your food. Best Fast-Food Cuban food ever! BUT I WANT A RE-DELIVERY OR REFUND FOR MY MISSING MEAL! (Arrived 3:30 PM in Southchase today through Uber Eats which is impossible to reach! But you taped the bag together and put the food in the bag, so I hold Pollo Tropical responsible!

  Millie always does an amazing job preparing our to-go orders on Thursdays. She is very organized, attentive to detail, and you can tell she puts real care into everything she does. The restaurant is always clean, and the food is consistently fresh and delicious. It makes the whole experience smooth and enjoyable for us, and her effort definitely doesn’t go unnoticed. We truly appreciate her and her colleagues for their great service!

  I'm very unhappy I bought a family meal and they only gave me six pieces of chicken, my meal came with a whole chicken. I paid 28 dollars and customer service sucks, I asked for no legs and they said they could not do that. I also never got my chicken back because I live far from. This location.

  Where do I even begin with this complete disappointment... Let’s be honest the food was terribly underwhelming. You would think the star of the show would be the chicken, right? Not even close. The can of soda was the highlight of the entire meal. Let that sink in. The chicken was extremely hard and painfully dry, as if it had been left under a heat lamp for hours on end. The rice and beans were completely bland and flavorless and luke warm, pure disappointment on a plate. I ordered online for pickup. The bag arrived sealed, so I naturally assumed it had been carefully prepared and thoroughly checked for accuracy. How wrong I was. Two entire food items were missing from my order. No sauces, no napkins, and no utensils at all. Nothing. How hard can it possibly be to get a simple order right? Where is the quality control? Who is the person in charge who is failing to supervise the team and ensure accuracy? This kind of careless service guarantees that customers like me will never return. What a total letdown. This experience was a complete waste of time and money. Do better!
