  If I could do 0 stars I would do it! I ordered online for a delivery order, it was scheduled for 8pm. After 25 min of not seeing the pizza or receiving any phone calls and started calling. Not once I was able to como ext to the store, always call center and all they said was they couldn’t help me. That the store was not answering. Worse customer service ever! After 40 min trying and calling several times and call center telling they would transfer me and then hanging u up on me I decided to drive to the store. Something I notice was I was no even parked and a guy from the store ran inside. He didn’t wanted to take care of me, but made someone else do it. After several back and forth explaining the situation they say the pizzas were there and there were no need to call me (mind you, they were supposed to deliver the pizza) finally a “manager” came out , she understood the situation and simple said that they forgot to do the request with DoorDash (I DID NOT ORDERED USING DOORDASH SO THATS A THEM PROBLEM) . She said she would refund me the delivery fee and tip. I realized pizzas were super cold, she then says they would refund the whole thing… guess what! They never refunded anything! They are just robbing people, and it’s exhausting to try to communicate with corporate. Just save yourself a headache and losing money, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. This is not my regular store, I used this one because it was closer of the reunion my daughter was having with 12 other girls.. imagine you having a bunch of teenager waiting their food and this store sucked and doing Their job!
