  Dinner on a Dance Floor. Food was excellent however, Music was way too loud. Not sure if they are a night club with a restaurant inside or a Restaurant sharing space with a night club. The music was also not well balanced if they are a night club as the bass was turned up too high and the acoustics were very off. Not family friendly. Very disappointing considering how good the food is. Service was also good but due to the pounding bass, it felt like it took a while. Turn the volume down from 18 to about 9 and this would be an amazing place to eat. Or dont serve good, clear the tables and this would be a fun dance club.

  We had such a great experience at Perico Ripiao Latin Food! This was my first time trying Dominican food, and it definitely did not disappoint. Everything came out hot, fresh, and delicious! 🇩🇴🔥 A special shoutout to David for making the experience even better. He was incredibly courteous, attentive, and provided amazing service from start to finish. He made us feel welcomed and taken care of throughout our meal. Great food, great service, and an overall great first experience with Dominican cuisine. Thank you, David! We’ll definitely be back! 👏🏾❤️

  As a Dominican who jas struggled to find that authentic dominican nostalgia in central florida this place brought me so many memories of my childhood. From the cups the drinks are served in (your abuelo probably had one of these every saturday morning) to the amazing interior design. That alegria dominicana of my childhood just made me feel so happy. The food, so so delicious and thoroughly thought through. Every special is named after something iconically dominican and it was so fun explaining to my fiance what each one of them was. We had the pig ears as our appetizer, the morirsoñando to drink and the 7 potencias seafood soup as our main dish. Everything was delicious!!! Just make sure youre coming in HUNGRY the food is really filling haha. Thank you to our server Alba for giving us recommendations and being super attentive throughout our night. It was so fun to talk to her about our experiences :') 10/10 might have to cater my wedding?? Gotta come back soon!

  The food was good and the atmosphere too but the server was rushing us to place our order. I’m very disappointed at the fact that she basically was throwing us out and my mom didn’t like her drink I asked if she can please change it and she said NO!! First place that I go they don’t want the customer to be happy and enjoy the experience. We were celebrating my mom 71st we got there at 6pm and before 8pm she came with the receipt without me asking for it. I told her I’m not leaving yet she was like there is only 2 hours limit to seat I told her really I didn’t know, the host you have say something to us when we first arrived. I came to celebrate and have a good time with my mom and I have to do it in to 2hours I understand if the place is packed and people are waiting for table but there were so many empty tables but the problem was not on her side so that means no tip for her.she told me is not my policy is the place policy but you can stay for a little long around 8:20pm She came back and told me you have 20 mins at that point she got me really upset are you throwing us out because that’s what it feels like, you guys are not giving me free food or drinks I’m paying and is not like the food is cheap either and I’m spending more that $200 for you to be rushing me. For my first time there my experiences were not pleasant she upset me really bad.

  Fui con el deseo de pasar un momento agradable y celebrar un cumpleaños con mi grupo de 10 personas. Aunque la comida estuvo muy buena, lamentablemente el servicio de la mesera y el trato de una persona que se identificó como el dueño fueron muy decepcionantes. Primero, tuvimos que esperar aproximadamente una hora y media. Después de esa larga espera, nuestra mesa consumió más de $500. Quiero dejar muy claro que en ningún momento nos informaron que existía un cargo por llevar un bizcocho de fuera ni por solicitar platos vacíos para compartirlo. No nos avisaron cuando entramos con el bizcocho, antes de sentarnos, al realizar nuestra orden ni antes de entregarnos los platos. Solamente mencionaron el cargo después. Entiendo que cada restaurante puede establecer sus propias políticas, pero deben comunicarlas claramente y con anticipación para que el cliente pueda decidir si acepta el cargo. La sección 501.204 de los Estatutos de Florida prohíbe las prácticas comerciales injustas o engañosas. El problema no fue únicamente el dinero, sino la hora y media de espera, la falta de información y la manera poco profesional en que se manejó la situación. Si nos hubieran informado desde el principio, habríamos podido tomar una decisión antes de consumir. Los cargos adicionales no deberían aparecer como una sorpresa después de que una mesa ha esperado tanto tiempo y ha gastado más de $500.
