The food has been consistently good, which is why I’m giving it 5 stars for the food but only 3 overall because of the service. The only issue has been the customer service when picking up orders. On several occasions, I’ve walked into the store and stood at the counter without being acknowledged, even when employees have seen me. I completely understand that the staff may be busy preparing orders, but a simple “Hi! We’ll be with you in just a moment” would go a long way in making customers feel welcome. I don’t usually leave negative feedback, but this has happened multiple times, so I hope the owner or management sees this as an opportunity for improvement. I think a little customer acknowledgment would make the overall experience just as great as the pizza.

Would never in life come to this location again , one of the workers tells her step out and she doesn’t leave lol, people really lost their minds in this day and age

We had a bit of a wait, but Eric, the store manager, went above and beyond to make things right and was genuinely kind and professional the whole time. Customer service like that really stands out nowadays. The staff was friendly, the food was good, and you can tell they care about customers here.
