  Since I moved to Orlando I came to this place 4 times and except the first time all the other times was a fiasco! Ordered online to pick up and why they want a tip? Ok if you don’t give them a tip (I did the first time) they will proposely mess up your order. And all the other times I had the patience and the grace. The last 3th time I complained and they offered me a “free pizza” next time to replace the one they made wrong. Free? I paid for it and they just making or trying to make the right pizza next time on my understanding. Hi. I would like to tell you my experience taking this “free pizza” and I don’t want another free pizza. I will never go back to that place. I bought not just this “free pizza” but also a deal medium pepperoni pizza, cheese sticks and brownie” I am used to buy on that store and on papa John’s so I know they did that on purpose. My “free” pizza didn’t came with sauce or pepper” my medium pizza came with sauce and pepper but when I got home and I went to eat the pepper it was with a weird bitter taste like if someone had spread hair product on it (I know cause I tasted hair products before, yeah that repealing taste and smell). The brownie was burned and dry The attendant when I identified myself was super rude like “ok free pizza it’s what you deserve” I asked her the sauce missing and I told her I would like to buy 2 more sauces and she repeated in less than one minute 5 times that the sauce wasn’t free. And she was going to charge for the sauce and I said ok for all the 5 times that I’m ok paying for the sauce. Just unnecessary rude and trying to mock me in front of the other clients. I came back home for the most dried pizza I ever ate on my life. The 2,50$ box pizza from Walmart was better than that. That’s a shame cause I always tell people that I love papa John’s and since I came back to US I have being buying it pretty often. But it’s my sign to go explore other brands. I hope they didn’t spill on my pizza and stepped on that one single pepper they gave me and was disgusting and weirdly shaped. That pepper saw some stuffs that I don’t wanna know about. Again I don’t want a free pizza or noting free I just think I need to share this experience and I will as well share on google reviews cause it was an exceptionally horrible experience!

  I recently started eating Papa Johns after my daughter recommended it to me because of the better-quality ingredients, and I have to say—today’s pizza was AMAZING! I went on September 6 around 7 PM, and I honestly don’t know who made my pizza, but whoever it was did an incredible job. It’s crazy how the same ingredients can taste so different depending on who prepares it. The pizza was cooked perfectly, not overcooked at all, and everything just tasted so fresh and delicious. I really hope the company recognizes and values the employee who made my pizza tonight because they did an outstanding job. It was absolutely delicious! 🍕👏

  Horrible quality control, atmosphere and rude team, they need to train all of them. Im done supporting PJ since they don’t care about the food I order for most simple it is.

  We order from this Papa John’s often because we really enjoy the pizza, so I wanted to leave honest feedback. The food has been consistently good, which is why I’m giving it 5 stars for the food but only 3 overall because of the service. The only issue has been the customer service when picking up orders. On several occasions, I’ve walked into the store and stood at the counter without being acknowledged, even when employees have seen me. I completely understand that the staff may be busy preparing orders, but a simple “Hi! We’ll be with you in just a moment” would go a long way in making customers feel welcome. I don’t usually leave negative feedback, but this has happened multiple times, so I hope the owner or management sees this as an opportunity for improvement. I think a little customer acknowledgment would make the overall experience just as great as the pizza.
