- WSWendy StevensJul 25, 20261.0If i could give 0 stars I would. This has to be the worst papa johns ever. Ordered a few months ago and they messed up my entire order and my food was cold. I called and spoke with Sam(manager) and he put on my account for a free meal deal for either delivery or carryout. I called in today to get my free meal deal plus order more food and it took 30 min to place the order because they couldn't figure out how to ring everything up. I was told it would be 30 min and it took almost an hour for delivery. Then upon checking the food, the order was wrong once again and they forgot the soda. I called back to speak to the manager once again and waited on hold for 20 min but dont recall her name. She is rude as I was mentioning about them being incompetent to mess up the order again she goes on to say that they have just been super busy. She offered to give me once again another credit or refund the extra food I paid for and I said I would take the refund as I will not be ordering from this location again. She said ok and hung up the phone. That is not very professional to hang up on a customer.

Very disappointing, this location has gone way down hill...should have ordered Marcos which is next door. I guess I'll finish cooking them in my oven. WTH!!!

Dirty, flour Everywhere, emoloyess, apparently don't follow food safety, no one is wearing hair nets. And yes they all had long hairs. So enjoy your hairy pizza! Oh the excuse for over an hour wait is, employee call outs.
