  Please put the cups back out! I am in here almost daily for my coffee and now I need to wait for someone to get me a cup that is 1 foot away from me. Please stop punishing your customers with these ridiculous policies. If people are taking cups without ordering then you can figure out how to address it without punishing the rest of us. I am about to cancel my membership and go back to wawa for my coffee. Do better.

  Not all paneras have the same perks if you are a member.... which is why I canceled .... sucks that i used to get hot chocolate from one location but I cant from another with the 15 dollar monthly membership. Plus they where not nice about explaining why in the clermont location.

  Drive thru was quick and got my order in about five minutes. Breakfast sandwich was delicious.

  Comida los cinamon crunch no tenían el mismo sabor, la leche del termo estaba fría y no pedí el café de afuera pedí el café de la máquina luego me dijo que ese costaba más la manager no se acercó la empleada asumo hablo con la manager y para no hacer el refunt me dieron el café de la máquina por el mismo precio, había otra persona quejándose de todo y pidiendo el nombre de la manager, el local olía a quemado todo el local parece que en vez de calentar los productos los queman un olor terrible la mantequilla acabada de sacar de la nevera terrible y es mi primera visita se me quitaron las ganas de volver a esta marca 👎

  Received the macaroni and cheese cold, not even room temperature. When I told the employee, I was directed to a microwave to heat it up myself! If I wanted to use the microwave, I could have stayed home and not go spend money here!
