  Very disappointed with our experience at Outback. The restaurant was not even busy, yet it took over an hour for our food to come out. When we asked our server, Lilly, about the delay, we were told the food would be out in “3 minutes tops.” Six minutes later the food finally arrived — completely cold. We asked for my daughter’s meal to be reheated, but it clearly was not. The plate was gone for less than two minutes before being brought right back out at the exact same temperature. It felt like no effort was made to correct the issue. To make matters worse, my steak was cooked terribly — half well done, half medium, and so dry it was like paper. For the amount of money we spent, the service and food quality were completely unacceptable. This was honestly one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had. Terrible service, poor communication, cold food, and no real attempt to fix the problems. Very disappointing and definitely our first and last time coming here.

  Got food poisoned. Had to go to the emergency room the day that followed. The same happened to my friend.

  Sierra was my server. She did a fabulous job! I ordered the 6 ounce steak and sweet potato for lunch. I purchased an Alice Springs Chicken to go for $10 and had it for dinner the next day. Everything was delicious 😋

  Our waitress ignored our table the entire visit. We spent 2.5 hours here. A manager took our drink order and was not seen again. The first 40 min was waiting for a server to take our order or even say hello. Service was a rediculous disappointment.. Especially when there were many empty tables. The food was overall mediocre. The mac n cheese was overly spicy. Dont recommend going here during a slow time. (4pm on a Sunday) Glad we did not attempt dinner during a busy hour.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I want to take a moment to recognize Christopher Asencio for providing truly outstanding service. From the very beginning, his attitude was beyond exceptional—friendly, professional, and genuinely positive. Christopher went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. He guided us perfectly through the menu and gave excellent recommendations that we truly enjoyed. His kindness and attention to detail made a big difference. He is a young man with a very bright and promising future ahead. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and passionate about what they do. Thank you, Christopher, for making my birthday even more special today. Your service was truly out of this world!
