  Every time I go here, I regret my decision every time. Decided to get double quarter pounder with ONLY EXTRA MUSTARD and when I get home, every freaking topping is on that thing, it was more like a salad than a burger. And when I take a bite after taking off the toppings the meat was pink on the inside. But since I was really hungry, I decided to eat it. BIG MISTAKE. After like two minutes of eating it, my stomach was like “ it’s gonna come out one way or another” I raced to the bathroom, didn’t even have time to lift the toilet seat, then the volcano erupted, it comes out so chunky and thick, it looked like giant brown oatmeal. My meal was the only meal like this everyone else was fine. Next time I’m going to panda express. Other than that, the french fries are still good.

  Worst McDonald's ive ever been to up and down the east coast. 30+ minutes waiting in the drive thru for food ordered through their app. No care given by employees, its all fun and games to them while $5/gal gas is wasted sitting in tbe drive thru. Whole staff needs to be fired and start over.

  This is the worst McDonald's. It's supposed to be fast food and only in line to order late 35 min , And another 20 minutes to receive my food (happy meal), the employees are rude. Save your time, DON'T COME! This is the third time it happens to me in this place

  1. Speed of service was not there waited for an order for 2, about 30 minutes. 2 People who ordered after us got their food first. 3 . Missing 2 burgers from my order. Customers shouldn’t have to go through things like this. Very disappointed in the 385 Cypress Pkwy, Kissimmee, FL 34759 Store.

  After pulling forward for my food, 2 items were still missing. I went inside to retrieve, very patient & respect & the front end employee decides to bag my food then sit it aside. I noticed once she looked at me, she told another employee to bring me my bag & it was the same bag I seen her put aside. RUDE & she should learn some decorum.
