  Came in and ordered at the kiosk at 11:27. Walked out at 11:55 with a refund when everyone who ordered afterwards got their orders. We got a bottle of water, iced tea, ice cream and two orders of fries - not super complicated. But everyone else got sandwiches, specialty drinks, etc. and ordering at the counter too and getting their food before our order came out.

  Typical Mcdonalds. Good stuff for McDonald's and the people are nice, they just seem to mess up the orders. Its also faster to just go in even if you order ahead.

  Customer service is usually good. But as always food was garbage! Every time! Stale bread and a clump of oily fries! $25 for two bites of crappy (at best) food!

  First night in Orlando, quick bite before bed. Ordered at 1958hrs and the card payment failed at the digital screen, so I stood at the clerks desk for 15mins to get served to pay in cash, this place wasn't busy in the slightest. Finally after holla'r'ing a wormer down did the manager of the store take my money. 20mins passes, numerous customers come back and question whats missing or how cold this "fast food" chain was, and yet still no sign or our meal (three happy meals, 2 medium meals, 5 fries and 2x 20 box and 1x 10 box of Nuggets), I question a worker who inevitably said its coming.... great.. good was brought out, order 349 called - were 30 nuggets down and no drinks. The manager grabs the missing food and says ill do the drinks. 5mins passes and nothing. I lean over and ask in a stern but polite tone "where are our drinks", another manager says ill get them done... another 5mins passes and he returns but 1 of the burgers was stone cold. He tried to argue the toss by saying are we "4mins away from here" ad if our $90 meal is expected to be cold when you get home.... he remakes 1 of the two quarter cheese and flees into the back. We return to our Villa in Windsor Hills and everything is cold..! Would I recommend this store no, do the two managers deserve the 5stars on their badges, no. Disgraceful for a McDonald's. Appalled.

  Stopped here for a quick bite after a long theme park day at Disney. I ordered a couple of hamburgers, nuggets, and snack wraps - all simple enough items. The drive thru agent told me to park to wait for the food. 20 minutes went by, no sign of anything. The manager walked out to see if we had gotten anything and we said no. The cars next to us were in the same situation. Another 15-20 minutes went by, I was with my kids and elderly parents who were exhausted and we had spent 40 minutes waiting for FAST food. I walk inside and don't get acknowledged - the manager walks by on his way out and casually says, "we're just waiting on the hamburger" - - - you're McDonald's - its taking you 40 minutes to cook a burger patty??? To make it worse, the restaurant was fully staffed with most of the crew goofing off and hanging out. Literally making jokes about how the "fat" team members should be the ones to walk orders to the cars - all while ignoring all the folks standing in the restaurant too. Totally insane. I eventually get told to go back to my car. I go outside and wait another 10 minutes and someone finally comes out with a bag. We drive back to our hotel only to realize after all that wait they managed to get our entire order wrong. We're missing nuggets, all our fries, and more. Furious, I try to call the store and no one answered. I debated driving back but doing a 20 minute drive after already waiting for an hour was not making sense. Overall, awful experience.
