  I've just waited 20 minutes for literally one soft drink. The staff ignored me and straight up went ahead of me and leave the pickup multiple times. 1 star and never coming back.

  So not only do they place and pile up the orders on the trash bins while people wait for their mobile orders outside, they ignore everyone here trying to get there food and they're rude and do not speak English, to boot!

  I ordered a McChicken Meal plus an extra McChicken using points in the app and paid extra for an additional chicken patty. When I got home, the sandwich was missing. I called the restaurant and an employee named Santiago told me I could come back another day to get it. When I returned today and explained everything, they literally handed me ONLY a piece of chicken in a tray, without the sandwich, bread, or anything else. At that point I just said forget it and left. Very disappointing customer service and terrible handling of a simple mistake. --- Pedí un McChicken Meal y además un McChicken usando puntos en la app, pagando extra por otra pieza de pollo. Cuando llegué a casa, faltaba el sándwich. Llamé al restaurante y una empleada llamada Santiago me dijo que podía regresar otro día a buscarlo. Hoy regresé y, después de explicar toda la situación, literalmente me entregaron solamente un pedazo de pollo en una bandeja, sin pan, sin sándwich y sin nada más. Terminé diciendo “olvídalo” y me fui. Muy mal servicio al cliente y pésimo manejo de un error sencillo.

  If I could give it a zero I would because for one my burger was so grease that I couldn't eat it and the nuggets was cold I got two five dollars bags 4 cookies and three sprites then I called and told them about it they hung up in my face that was very rude 4/26/26 I will be up there I'm the morning if you don't want to work don't go

  I got back to my hotel late, which is near Bronson, and needed to eat something, but there was nothing available at the hotel. I found this McDonald's relatively nearby and went there. I don’t usually go to fast food chains, but being in the United States I decided to do it a couple of times—I also went to Burger King. It had been a long time since I last ate at either, both here and in Argentina. The place was fine—it was very late at night, but it felt safe. It was fairly clean overall. They took a bit longer to serve me because there was an issue with the registers. I ordered a regular cheeseburger, and the bun was actually very good—it paired well with the burger. It’s fine for a quick bite, not top quality, just the usual. But in the end, you get what you pay for.
