- XCXavion CruzApr 22, 20261.0So I ordered McDonald’s on Uber Eats and and they took 30 minutes to have my order ready so when I got my food delivered to me the first thing I ate was the fries and the fries did not have no salt in it and then I asked for a Sprite and the Sprite does not even taste like Sprite. It tastes like the Sprite they have there is empty they got to re-change it this is not the first time that it happened to me. This is the fourth time I was trying not to put a bad review on here, but I’m getting tired of this. I don’t even wanna order from McDonald’s ever again from this location. I’d rather eat Burger King.

Tried to call the store 12 times, and couldn't get through until one rude manager answered and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. Was handed over to another rude guy who didn't want to hear the complaints. I usually have a good experience with this McDonald's. But these two don't know a thing about righting an obvious wrong and taking accountability for that. How does a dead fly in a CLEAR SODA get passed onto a customer?
