My wife and I are from Chicago, and since moving to Orlando, there are two things we’ve really missed: good food and good customer service. This place definitely has both.
We got the Italian combo pizza, and it was excellent. They actually use authentic Italian beef and sausage, which is surprisingly hard to find in the area. It definitely gave us a little taste of home.
The customer service was just as impressive. There was one topping missing from our pickup order, and when we brought it up, the manager and staff immediately offered to remake the entire pizza, and made us a larger size than what we originally ordered. While we waited, they invited us to sit at the bar and gave us two drinks and an appetizer, all free of charge.
We’ve had more than a handful of experiences at other restaurants in the area where something was wrong with our order and the response from management made it seem like they couldn’t care less. This was the complete opposite. Mistakes happen, but how a restaurant handles them says a lot. The team here went above and beyond to make it right, and that kind of service makes you want to come back.
Great Chicago-style food and genuinely great customer service. We’ll definitely be back.
Didn't go!! Eighty (80) minute wait time for pizza. Their pizza is really good but Pizzeria Uno's & Lou Malnatis have it figured out to get their amazing pizzas turned around much quicker. Giordanos closes restaurants in places Malnatis thrives. Its a bummer because Giordanos has a great product but you cant eat it when they close shops and, if you dont order your pizza by 5pm, you're not eating dinner until 7pm or later. Lou's even lets you order ahead for a sit down visit. FIX IT GIORDANO'S.

Giordano's might be famous for their deep dish, but do not sleep on their tavern-style crust! We ordered the Chicago Tavern Style Meat and More Meat Pizza, and it was absolutely amazing. The crust was perfectly thin and crispy, exactly how tavern-style should be. The service was incredibly responsive, and the kitchen had our pizza out in a very reasonable amount of time. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. 5 stars, and I highly recommend it!

We ordered 2 12" pizzas for $60 called to have it fixed or credited and was met with nothing but attitude from their "manager" who wants to argue and have my wife send pictures to PROVE the top dough wasn't done. We have order Giardanos all over the country and this one needa new management.
0 stars!! Deep dish pizza was literally nothing special. Especially waiting 1 hour for them to bring us the pizza. The pizza itself was just okay, but unfortunately the experience became much worse because there was a crunch in every bite of the pizza IN the cheese part. It was almost as if there were eggshells or some type of hard debris baked into the pizza which made us uncomfortable to eat.
We brought this to our server’s attention and asked if this was normal for the pizza to have that kind of crunch. She said she didn’t know and did not believe it was normal. What made the situation even more frustrating was that the manager never came over to speak with us. Instead, the server kept going back and forth, even though we specifically wanted to speak with the manager about the issue. And all he said was they dont cook any of it with eggs so there is no crunch when it was not what we said.
We were given a “free” cheesy bread before we got the pizza, which we asked if we can just pay for the cheesy bread but we still had to pay $15 because he told the server that supposedly was the same price as the pizza. A pizza we didnt really eat. At that point, the food quality was disappointing enough, but the lack of communication and customer service made the experience even more upsetting. The pics at the top is literally everything we left. WILL NEVER GO BACK! AND HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU TO AVOID THIS HEADACHE.
