Even at 4am, the staff is on point - upbeat, friendly, and somehow already smiling before I even get mine going. They remembered my order from last time, which honestly makes the early mornings way more bearable. It's a small thing but it makes a difference when you're running on no sleep and someone greets you like they're genuinely happy to see you. Fast, consistent, and good energy every time. This is my go-to spot!
- ADAmaya DiazJul 8, 20261.0me and my sisters always come to this dunkin because it’s next to our house and my mom LOVES an iced caramel coffee so we always go there for her. but every time we come, the workers are so rude. theres probably like 2-3 workers that are nice. there’s this curly hair ginger/blonde guy, he’s sweet. and there’s another girl who considers us regulars and is very sweet as well. today me and my sister came to get my moms infamous coffee, and my sister had ordered an iced chai latte and we also ordered 25 count munchkins. when we got to the window to pay, the lady standing there and repeated an order but it wasn’t mine, and i told i her no that’s not my order politely. she gave me a big sigh and asked what my order was and when i proceeded to tell her, she just shut the window. so then when i did get my carmel coffee, she gives me a matcha, and i began to tell her that’s not what i ordered, i ordered a chai very politely. #1, she did not acknowledge my sister, #2, did not apologize for the mixup, and seemed very irritated. we feel as this location lacks customer service. after my sister had told her that the matcha latte was wrong, she started complaining to another worker that it says “matcha on the system but i want a chai latte” making it seem like i was in the wrong. and my sister clearly stated in the speakerphone that she had wanted a chai and the lady even repeated the order back to us. with that being said, most of the women at this location are rude. they just need better customer service skills. we never usually write reviews we’re just teenagers but this behavior is just unacceptable.
