Osceola county should be paying this facility for the lost business and customers for the waste of time. You(Osceola county) guys have been building roads here for over a year now. Shame on you!!!

Wanted it for a certain date and as I had never ordered a Baskin cake, I figured go a few days early to ask. I had looked online and it wasn't one of the cakes that were specially made so it did not show "48 hours, so it seemed like one of the ones I could just go and get... but didn't want to risk assuming. So I drove over and asked. The staff there at the time said I had to order it online. (Sat afternoon around 1) Okay. Tried to order online for specific date but online only let's you pick that date. So I don't order cause it's too early and I don't want to have it sitting for too long. Order the cake online on Sunday for pick up at 1030 pm. Go. No cake. They said they don't have any. They said I could get it next day. They also said I could of ordered at store so Saturday staff wasn't correct in response. She said i could pick up cake the next day as they had to order one and someone would call me. No call occurred but I finally got cake on Monday around 1 pm. The cake itself was okay. Too much work to attempt to order. Coffee there is eh. It either tastes burnt or watered down. Their lattes aren't bad if you want it to be loaded with sugar. Inconsistent responses from the staff would definitely deter me from ever attempting a cake order through them again. But what do you expect, it's a Dunkin.
