We carefully customized both of our iced coffees, going through every option one by one, and even paid extra for the add-ons we wanted. We also ordered breakfast for both of us. About 10 minutes later, they brought out only our food. Five minutes passed, and I had to go ask about our drinks. The only response I got was, “Just wait.” No apology, no “please,” no explanation. Ten more minutes went by, so I asked again. Same answer: “Wait.” Five minutes later, I walked up for the third time to see if there was a problem. The manager, clearly annoyed, asked, “What drinks were they?” I explained they were two customized iced coffees and that I had paid extra for multiple add-ons. His response was, “Cream and sugar?” I told him everything was clearly listed on the order and that I had specifically paid for those customizations. After more than 30 minutes, he finally handed us two basic iced coffees that looked nothing like what we ordered. None of the customizations were included. Even worse, I’m diabetic and can’t have sugar, and my daughter’s coffee was supposed to be decaf. Instead, we were given two regular coffees as if the order didn’t matter at all. The mistake itself isn’t what bothered me the most. Mistakes happen. What was completely unacceptable was the attitude. No sense of urgency, no effort to fix the problem, and not even a simple “I’m sorry.” This wasn’t just bad customer service. It showed a complete lack of care, especially considering one of the drinks could have affected my health. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Dunkin. I won’t be coming back to this location, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. If you expect your order to be made correctly and want to be treated with basic respect, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
