Service is bad. The people that they have at the drive-through are very rude and they don’t know how to talk to people especially the afternoon crew. Dunkin’ Donuts on Vine in Kissimmee it’s way better. I would advise you not to go to the Dunkin’ Donuts on Osceola next BJ’s.

A few days after that, I came again, but they refused to serve me because they were closing at 8 PM and it was 7:50 PM. Another day, I went through the drive-thru, and the employees were outside smoking right next to the ordering machine. I waited for 10 minutes for someone to take my order, only to be told that they didn’t have coffee. Terrible experiences every single time I come here. The service and overall experience are extremely disappointing.
